i dont understand how this broker is rated the best. We receive the worst service from this broker. they never answer the customer for days at a stretch. Their phone service is the worst I have ever faced. I actually want to close my account with this trader. They let u approach them until u open the account with them, once account opening process is over they get the profit and we we face the worse..Better be careful and be away..

After becoming number one suddenly rate of Call and Trade charges went up from 20 to 50 .It should be called monopoly which is common after attracting large number start charging as much as possible from 20 they hike the changes 150%

Don't waste your energy joining zerodha just to save few rupees of brokerage, zerodha possibly has the worst server on the planet, you won't be able to trade at times, u won't be able to transfer funds at times and their servers are down for first 10 mins as well as last 15 mins everyday..
Their customer support is possibly the worst, I use Motilal Oswal, trust me you can actually feel the difference in "Quality" , Zerodha is Garbage.
I'm not advocating Motilal, you guys can even use Icici or Angel or any other traditional broker..
Don't waste your time and energy with these discount useless twats..

Zerodha is pioneer in India , What I like most is the kite platform , It uses less data as compared to other leading players . I am happy with Zerodha , I hope they will introduce more pioneering products in India .

Please do not open your account with Zerodha. There are plenty of horrible reviews on many websites, the technical glitches and severe financial losses caused to customers thereby, poor customer service and overall inefficiency. I experienced the inefficiency of this platform which only corroborated the reviews. I paid Rs. 300/- as entry free and then happened to do a background research which was a mistake. I immediately stopped the account opening process and asked for a refund. Some Mr. Rajesh called up and very bluntly stated that i will not a get a refund. If i do not wish to use a platform , i shall be entitled to exit. Anyway, i think i saved a lot of money by not opening an account on this platform. Hope they shut down soon and stop defrauding unassuming customers.

i feel i have been charging more than the scheduled charges. customer care if unprofessional never bothered to address concerns. thinking of raising complaint to SEBI and NSE for overcharging

Zerodha is a number one in India. But too many subscribers using at volatile days causes some reliability issues in its trading platforms. But similar problems happened with other traders also. All will agree zerodha has best trading platform available in India. Its feature rich and userfriendly.

I moved to Shah Investor's Home Ltd. a while back and I trade regularly, they have reasonable margins as per exchange norms.

After disabling NEST Trader I have discontinued trading with Zerodha. Kite & Pi are at all user friendly software. They are not at all keyboard friendly and you may loose money trying to punch orders using mouse. IF YOU ARE AN INTRADAY TRADER DONT COUNT ON ZERODHA UNLESS YOU SUBSCRIBE FOR THE Rs.2000/- per month Kiteconnect.

I have been associated with Shah Investor's Home Ltd. since a while and they have a very good web platform for trading and they have recently come up with a new app which I have started using, I can say that it is very easy to use and navigate and it is completely free.

Best service & their app upgradations time to time and easy usability. Account management is also very good.
