Dislike - Support on the PI tool, no support on the call, only through email - Stock Screener - No support on the call or atleast understand the issue. -

WARNING ....WARNING...WARNING.... To All, don''t use such fake and cheat companies for investments and trading. They will take all your money on the name of technical glitches without any response. Don''y come under the exception of discount brokerage as they are highly in-competitive technically and functionally. A completely unethical brokerage company. SEBI should take action against such fraud companies. System took initial orders and then went down saying connectivity failures. As confirmed after couple of hours later that the system is up for trading, it cancelled all stoploss and pending orders. Moreover, then system does not allowed to square off earlier taken position which eventually got auto squared off at 3:00 PM resulting in loss of 1.5 L. Most pathetically, customer care was not working, no one was picking up phone, no email replied and answer given to support ticket is the most common ridiculous one as below : All platforms are up. A fat finger issue caused a connectivity drop for many of our clients today. Restarting servers took longer than expected. Any validation pending orders that you see currently will get cancelled. Intraday products like MIS, BO/CO will get squared off by 3 PM instead of 3:20 PM. We deeply regret this incident and are doing everything possible to ensure this doesn''t repeat. My feedback and suggestion to all fellow friends don''t fall trap of discount brokerage and go for such cheap companies. Thanks
I m the happy customer since few weeks in all respect. About customer care service it''''s the team of a good people. Before blaming u call now to customer care.
These people are not able to handle their UI , it shows order is cancelled but it is executed(you have to assume because you will not find those missing number of shares anywhere else). if you cancel the order then also it executes and vice versa. when you try to sell or buy fix amount of share it behave irrationally and i get understand what it do. you cant do anything and you can only see that your money is going. Please never open account here.
Zerodha does not provide Margins on the basis of cash. They dont allow payment until T+2 day and take money upfront. There softwares are slow in updating figures. Dont have 52Week High Low option. Dont have Index figures on mobile app/desktop version. Biggest problem is margins and they enjoy unused funds for themself. Their payment gateway is slow and charges 10/- per transfer. So called MIS/BO/CO is useless as they charge Rs.20/- per equity. Overall bad

Even with continuous follow ups account didn''''''''t open in 17 days .I lost 300 ₹ .if it is the kind of service before opening account what can I expect after that. So in my opinion wrost experience ,nw I ll find another one. Don''''''''t waste your time with zerodha

Had been using Zerodha for past 1 month. ZP0952. Guys stay away, if you value your money. Following are my observations -
Costing - Zerodha scores in this aspect as it provided trading at lower brokerages.
Zerodha Varsity - Has good knowledge bank for beginners and experienced alike.
Technology/Platforms - Zerodha has surely done its homework in making its platforms ‘easy to use’ and ‘light’ (on bandwidth).
This is where the pro''s end, and the cons far outweigh these them. Their websites, systems are slow, breakdown too often in the middle of the trade, to an extent you lose money. Read my experience below, and stay away from them once you have gained experience as a beginner. Move on to other reputed brokerages.
Their systems, websites is a big problem and I have lost money due to this. Lucky, I was trying out with small amounts. Zerodha platforms have certain glitches like refreshing page multiple times to view orders/holdings, orders not placed/placed multiple times due to server errors, funds not updated on closing (leading to dealyed availability of funds on next day), inability to login.
But Motilal Oswal & other reputed brokers show professionalism here as the performance of website is‘glitch free’. I prefer Motilal Oswal as I have lost money on Zerodha due to server issues. Customer Support -Motilal Oswal is clear winner here as it provides u a dedicated advisor who can advise you and carry out your transactions.Most importantly you have a certain point of contact in case you have some issues.
Zerodha fares poorly here as their servers face frequent technical issues.Contacting technical support or customer support (for carrying out transactions) is a headache due to long waiting. Also there is single point of contact for complaint handling,i.e. support@zerodha.com. If your complaint does get resolved here, you wont be directed to some other person/manager. Your complaint will be closed without mentioning the solution provided by Zerodha. Rather, closures will simply mention that based on conversation with customer support executive, your complaint has been resolved.
My experience - I had traded intraday on M&M. I sold 150 shares in morning and wanted to square off the position by purchasing back the shares at lower price in the evening. I was unable to do so. So, I called the technical team but they were also unable to exit the position. My position could not be closed at that day and went to auction market. I lost some 800Rs for this transaction. I repeatedly mailed and contacted customer support team. They accepted that it was a technical issue but did not reply to any of my mails with the solution they provided because they didnot provide any solution at all. All they did was assure me that such issue wont happen again.

Always down, Not a single week passed since Oct2016 without problem. Login issue, unstable platform (Kite), slow.

they system always crash at (technical or fat finger issue) and expose your position and sometime they tell that they wiil square off you margin taken order like co and bracket order they take delivery of those position and sell it next day with heavy loss just fancy looking software to attractive new client stay away from zerodha

Do not rely upon app for your trading career it will hit you hard. Indicators disappeared every time i closed the script and reopen it. Incurred a loss of Rs. 4470 cause of their lame app and moreover no support when i wrote the issue to at zerodha support. Don''t go for cheap brokerage and heavy losses choose wisely. Not recommended. Not even a single star.

Its taken 2 days to even get account opened and their sales manager is not even responding. Customer service is of no help and says its upto Sales manager. I wonder how they will respond once you run into a serious issue.
