Zerodha keeps on going down at crucial times. It lead to a loss of 1 lakh 20 thousand within half hour downtown and they have very poor customer service and dont even respond.

This is useless brokerage firm which keeps on developing innovative useless ways to plunder traders and investors. Many a times it wont allow to square off the position especially in MIS leading to losses making a mockery of the so called low brokerage firm. Their prices do not match with the actual price in the market and many a time market orders get filled at way high prices than the market rates.

They dont even update your account balance during market hours so if you put money they will reflect the same after an hour. Any other reliable broker is better than them as they compensate their so called discounted brokerage by the losses they incur by their repeated account failures.

1.There customer care is pathetic in responding.
2. These orders in my experience they fleece if its for a big quantity.
3.Any discrepancy in opening balance, it is almost impossible to revert or they don't show any genuine concern to address the issue.
Altogether it is disappointing from my experience, though they are rated as one of the best.

These guys are cheaters. It's better to open an account with known houses instead of these cheaters who first eye and steal your hard earned money and when the process is not completed they simply refuse to refund the money.

Can I purchase NCD ( Non Convertible Debenture) Through this account, what will be the brokerage

CL CODE BR5462 & AS3078 using zerodha with two IDs since 2015 all feaiures , technologies ,customer service are very good. But till now margin funding for delivery exposure not introduced. I think it is necessary for zerodha client. Other small broker than zerodha introduced this service earlier and giving facilities to their clients. When i opened account with zerodha in 2015 zerodha provided maximum exposure in every segment equity cash 15 times other segments leverage was attractive but now zerodha decreses leverage than earlier. So it is quite problem for us. I think zerodha team will review the matter. I donot want to go with other broker if zerodha restore previous margin policy. Because zerodha is my choice for share trading.

Zerodha is a crap shit service company... Whose software shows stale quotes... There quotes are running behind other companies platform quotes...

Market orders get executed at bizzarre prices. They system keeps on going down incurring loss to clients..

while placing the reverse(buy) order in intraday i am getting message as "unavailable at this movement, please place order after some time" i got loss, my experience is very bad, worst software

again zarodha platform is in problem, no order can place, its a joke for all investors....

overall 1 st on all services comparing to other broker hope more features adding and charges are discount or less or zero for best costumer attraction by next step of ZERODHA.

Big Cheaters. 1st when u use CO/BO ur stoploss will get trigered even when the price foes not reach ur trigger price. I checked their graph the price never came. Idouble checked with other third party graphs stoploss price was 4 rs away but still sl trigered and market turned. Instead of making profit u will had to tske loss.
Their platform will be done on big event days. U will not able to login until everything had already happened of the event.
They will sell your phone no. To the indore based cheaters who will call u non stop to take their tips service.
Dont ever bother to open acvount with them. Worst service and big time cheaters.

Everything is good except their custmer service.They don't reply for 2-3 days if you have any urgent enquiry.THis is really bad
