Zerodha review is worst. They are now cheating and looting in the name of margin shortfall penalty without any report of NSE short fall. Debitting any kind of amount on daily basis and in last 10 days debited approx. Rs. 1 lac in my a/c.I have made lot of complaints to them a copy to SEBI, NSE, BSE but till now nothing happened. Zeroda provides free Demat a/c and zero cost Brokerage for some time and after that they start cheating like this. If charges are genuine they must justify with documentary froof but they don't have any record and debiting any amount as per their wish. I have bitter experience and closing my all family members a/c.I also suggest all to avoid this zerodha and save your hard earned money. Our regulatory authority Sebi, NSE, NSE should have close monitoring and watch on these broking companies else they will eat our money. Sorry Zerodha .

I had same issues with them and I made every possible complain to their customer help desk, both on email and direct phone calls, but nothing they could do to help me.
I was advised to file a lawsuit against them with proof of all the charges that was deducted from my account without my knowledge. I did exactly that and it was surprising how fast it work out and all my money was refunded back to my account and I got a compensated as well.

I had opened zeroda sometime last week of November 2022 and tried to concert same in 3 in ac with idfc bank. For this I downloads require forms form portal duly signed and send at Bangalore office. Forms rejected on basis of they are revised and I have to download and send sign new forms with help of support team from Thane branch I recive link on which no change in poa form, so I refused to send same form again. They send me online ac conversation link which rejected by zeroda. From that I am reputedly contact with thane officer, mails, customer care but nothing happens. So I think they do not required customer now. Today I closed my account zeroda must refund my account openings charges and compensation for this behavior.

I guess you have to file a lawsuit against them, because that was exactly what I did when this same problem occured to me few month back. I will direct you on how to file a lawsuit against them , and you will get you fees back with a compensation attached.

Facing login problems very less time to put OTP (only 30 sec) it's working very bad due to emergency login into another device.

That can be resolved easily. I had same issues last time I changed my mobile device and it was very difficult for me to login new device using OTP. I managed to figure it out, it was just a mare technical issues

One of the best trading platform.

The app interface is really good. Its easy to access, don’t need too much time to get used to it, looks neat and professional and not like a game like many others do, dark mode is pretty sleek and the best part is that they have a proper ipad app which I don’t think any other broker has.

from last 3 days im facing issue while loading chart. an error is displaying pages unresponsive.. kindly solve the issue

Zerodha quickly provides the necessary information you need to know to take your own decisions .
One needs to unnecessarily navigate through ICICI Direct to do business. Moreover , they have a very complicated fee structure , have annual maintenance and delivery change.

My account was dormant I provided all documents 2 to 3 weeks back for equity they made it active but still my account is not made active for f & o. Unnecessary remarks are raised by the company from its head office I am dis satisfied with the company

best broker as compare to others but need to correct more from my side . I want zerodha to be the only option for traders.

In zerodha, this week I found most corrections in my portfolio and Updation is very poor. From last 3 days i raised my tickets for correction, for correction only they are taking 24hrs with in this time the holded stocks may give loss to us.

In case you participate in a Shareholder category for an IPO , then be aware that zerodha only :
1. Allows ONE application submission , so you can submit either a retail application or a Shareholder application.
2. Allows upto a cap of 2Lacs in shareholder category

While one should look for a broker that provides-
1. Option to choose 2 applications (retail+sh OR hni+sh)
2. Allowing more than 2 lacs under SH application

It's a big drawback !

MANY TIMES THE APP OR THE KITE SHOWS AN MESSAGE AS " NO RESPONSE" IN EMERGENCY SITUATION OF EITHER BUYING OR SELLING AND THAT TOO IF WE HAVE NOT ADDED THE STOCK , THEN THIS " NO RESPONSE" WILL BE VERY BAD HIT TO THE TRADER IN EITHER WAYS

it is so bad brokerage,i want to share things happen with me .tuesday on 11th jan 2022,i purchase bank nifty call,next morning ,it went up ,i sold with profit 3080but in order it wasnt showng execution.then i saw profit loss there it was showing 3940,i was happy but again when i saw in order it executedthen profit was 3080,still market was moving up.they use our money

Is my application fees gone down the drain???
