Very arrogant customer support. Very very arrogant development and business team. Often, there are technical glitches. Not worth paying AMC or other charges!!!

Hi indisciplined Broker and one of the Worst there charges are very low Compared to others for Equity but in Options they will spoil your life as they Auto Squaroff off your Put Positions without any prior intimation and it will put you in trouble.
Horrible Broker I never Expected that It will happen from one of the renowned broker but inside the system some drama is going on and they will definitely engulf small Investors.
So it's my Request to All Small Clients Don't go towards Zerodha. It's one of the Worst Broker.
Zerodha as refused to release my funds. My experience trading with kwakol is indeed a waste of time, after countless of sleepless night, my profit wasnt paid and they ain't responding to my complains. 7good weeks of clearing my balance without payment. Even after writing to the customer support several times, they keep saying the same thing and making false promises. I almost gave up until i file case to Apex chargeback who helped me get all my lost f*nds back.
Largest broker in India offers absolute garbage when it comes to research, Streak as well as Sensibull are such a waste, in today's time where every broker tries to offer more quality content, Zerodha is probably sticking to its core broking business and NOT offering any third party products. I have had pleasant experience using 3rd party research products with brokers like IIFL& 5Paisa. Till last year I used only Zerodha but now I'm happy with 5Paisa. Zerodha should definitely look into this aspect, it's research/advisory offerings are garbage.

very bad experience account opening, there intension is to first open account no one gives proper information , no one tells u what are features you are going get and what not, take only basic docs to process the account , when you start using / treading it will start showing reall colors of zerodha, they start asking one by one documents some time you may not have but its mandatory else you cant tread

Don't do the trade in Zerodha its very worst high brokerage. I am trading almost 6 months my total profit was Rs54000 and my total brokerage charges Rs37000 now I switched to other broker 0 brokerage.last 2 months my profit was Rs17000 and the brokerage was just Rs860 So please don't trade in Zerodha
Dull interface. GTT orders don't have market order provision. Many index options are never available to trade because Zerodha's OI limit is always exhausted. This broker is basically only good for trading in stocks in cash. I am still looking for a good broker. If and I find one, I will close the Zerodha account in a second.

In the bigining the service was good and transparent but after my large funds infusion hoping better scope dismayed of transparency and querries are not attended but tickets get closed without responding.No proper guidance or credits of bonus and dividends is withheld which need to be raised with AMCs/company for clarifications.So the high profile valuation has to be recalibrated or corrected to hold credibility.
