Over all, its good. Just because of low brokerage, no one should compromise on service. I am unable to download my contract notes from 28 march 2018 for the month of february and march 2018. Its 17 march, still they have no clue and no update. They do not reply to the mails and they cannot solve my problem with any commitments.

some time its getting disconnected.. take some more care of maintanance dept.. trading charges are some time confuse.. stop loss option are looks not fair.. lastly it takes waste of time to open account .. custmour services looks little good..

No Alerts on Kite. And PI is slow/not user friendly, do not work with Antivirus App.

Brokerage is good, but they need to more care about mobile apps. Its not so stable operation. They need to redesign their kite app. In market most of broker good app design. Please implement. Thanks.

Even after multiple escalations Zerodha is not enabling the option to continue to open the account. They are asking to make payment again, while they have already showed that they have received the payment. I requested that if they are not able to enable opening the account, then they can refund the amount, but they are not responding. First they tried to cheat saying, if the payment is more than 60days prior they cannot process it. But when I provided proof of payment and the escalation mails which was less than one month from the payment date, they tried other excuses. I have clearly told them that if they cannot open the account with the payment already received, I would first need the refund as I am not sure if their systems can handle payment processing correctly. I will not make any further payments. Also, they have informed that they do not have the ability to collect the forms offline from my current location of work. As a result, I do not have any other option than to receive the refund. Please help get the refund of the money.
online registration process is with errors and if their server have problem they not even flash message. one and half week but registration and account are not there. Dheeraj Also filed complaint to consumer helpline.

Worst experience ever. I have paid 300 rs. But it took very long time to open account. They haven't opened my account yet. I provided all the documents required. But now they said that you have to send documents physically.please don't open account in zerodha.

I am having very bad experience with Zerodha. I have large fund balance available in my account. Whenever I place a withdrawal request, it will be rejected citing insufficient balance. I suspect they are making interest out of my money. Still following up of no luck.

i am a newbie to share trade. But know the fundamentals of trading and i am using small investments only. So I opted for a discount broker. Doing lot of research in this and i found zerodha is the best option for me since it have very low intraday charges and all. Account opening was so smooth since I done it online. Power of Attorney had to be sent as hard copy. Account opened in no time. Kite is simple tool to do trade too. The customer service is okay. Till now they are super okay for me.
RKSV is lot better than Zerodha. I applied as a client some 8-9 months back and they promised verbally to send their person to collect the set of forms, till date they are still coming. This after i had paid 300+ their a/c opening charges. So much for their service. Finally i had to tell them that keep those Rs. 300 and forget it as i am NOT intersted in opening a/c with them.

It's software 'Kite" is very simple. One can order/trade very essily & speedily. .

I have been using ICICI Direct and Zerodha demat accounts , please find my review
ICICI Direct- Using from last 4 months Brokerage Concern - Very High Website - User Friendly and Fast buying and selling and price displaying of the share. Example for high Brokerage -- i bought share for 55 k and overall brokerage and taxes are 427 rupees in CNC for only buying and for selling around 460 rupees based on the price your are selling. in cnc.
Zerodha- Using from last 8 days Brokerage - Nill Website - User Friendly and some times slow for buying the shares when you order and displaying share price is slow some times when compare to ICICI. Best Part of the Zerodha with Exam: -- I bought share for 55 k and overall charges are 60 rupees in CNC for only buying and for selling around 60 rupees
In ICICI Direct for buying and selling the shares worth of 55k charges ( Buying 427 and selling around 460 = 887 rupees ) - You can not sell the shares buy keeping the 10 paisa margin due to high brokerage
In Zerodha for buying and selling the shares worth of 55k charges ( Buying 60 and selling around 60 = 120 rupees ) - you can easily sell the shares by keeping 10 paisa Margin .
not good ,when i use kite zerodha mainly technical issue are occur in every 4,5 days , when ur chart is full of indicator n stuff than chart will hang, mouse cursor will hang, mainly it is not a smooth experience.
