there is no tips for Intraday and delivery also not successful tips and then there is not recomment tips for mobile app but customer care service is good and mobile app not working properly some many time........

Do we have to renew the prepaid plan every year after opening the account ? My executive says one-time payment is sufficient (though refundable) and brokerage plans remains the same for the rest of period.
Please can someone confirm

yes its true.take a plan ex.3500..if you reach the brokerage in the first yr it will be refunded part by part every month as per your usage.then life time its free.only pay brokerage and stt and all the taxes.

I have my fathers, cousins,mother inlaws and my account.never been charges AMC,customer service response is good,brokerage very low as 0.10 paisa, transfer amounts is quick,technical graphs available.never faced any problem till date.

Have been using their platform for 3 yrs now

3rd class sales executives. They have no sense, how to talk with customers. Using bad words if we not open an account with them. specially vikhroli branch persons.

I had Ventura demat account for 6 years but in the last year i found that they are soon of shutiya. Ventura charged me AMC suddenly.
It is totally shutiya company with no ethics. Never ever open account in this dp.
Compliance officer is biggest shutiya and whole management from peon to owner all are shutiya.

Ventura Securities Ltd is very poor. It charges brokerage as per scripts price rather than agreed brokerage while opening the account. Its customer service is very very poor and do not trap in its lucrative plans. Its back office account is too much confused software.

completely waste of your money & n time, they mentioned they provide free tips but never provide any, their Mobile trading App. always hang or creches, so always they make you assure that you miss your valuable money & make you beggar....never opt. this broker if you want to your wealth safe, go for good ones like Kotak Securities, IIFL, HDFC Securities etc.. I agree they are costly but the create better tips & option''''''''s your wealth creation.

I am a old customer of Ventura, My compliance on CRM( customer care) team, they never support customer. I write customer care many time for the average prise list of my stock. CRM not send the clear arrearage prices of my stock. If any customer phone call CRM, they ask for mail, but after mail they call the customer what problem? They never read customer mail. Ventura only show the current year ledger, if you have old stock more than two years, you cannot see it on ledger.

ventura is very nice platform for such as very nice and good for charting and brokerage
only one point should be make in the ventura that is Canceled till good ( CTG)

What is the investment limit of ventura ? If I have 20k in my acc how much I can tarde ?

Ventura mobile app has lot of bugs and if fixed then it is very good.

I hope this will help you getting to know Ventura from Customer which is myself only.

Point 1:(Bad) Application is OK but problem with this is, whenever your screen goes off, it gets disconnected from the internet and I have to login again.
In share market, every second is important and I think it cause a lot of nuisance to me. I have applied settings to login again after 60 minutes but I don''t think it sticks to 60 minute session term.

Point 2:(Bad) Once you again login to your phone, application will be there but it will ask for credentials again and once you enter credentials and then try to login. It takes lot of time and then application crashes. I have to start app again and login.

Point 3:(Good) Customer service is excellent and someone mentioned above that other brokers usually takes time but in this case you will be lucky to have ventura.

Point 4:(Bad) They don''t have app for MAC book user and also on iPhone they don''t display graphs for any stock which is very very important from trading prospect.

Point 5:(Good) - They have a very decent brokerage charges and I don''t think I have found any mistakes in my ledger so far.

Point 6:(Good) GUI or Interface of the application is very simple and easy. Anybody can get to know all the functionalities.

Point 7:(Good) Also, If you compare it with Zerodha and other, every application has some pros and cons. User should know what he is looking for and if he gets what he is looking for then that application can serve his purpose. but if you want to know personal opinion, this is a good app.

So overall, they have login session issue, apart from it, this is excellent and if they can improve their login problem on iPhone then I think this is one of the best brokerage app.

Demat charge 20/ ye Kya hai please koi samjayega

Ventura charge Rs 10 demat transaction fee for every sell transaction done though Ventura trading account. Is this what you are talking about?

Other then Low Brokerage , Service is VERY VERY VERY WORST.

1) VERY VERY BIG DISADVANTAGE IS Site Will closed Every Morning 7 AM to 9.15 AM , some times it will take up to 9.20 AM That means you can,t VIEW ,PLACE or MODIFY the Orders. Not Even by their Executives.
2) Their is no VTC orders ( Valid Till Cancel) facility.
3) Prepared Watch lists are automatically deleted.
4) If you a send mail to Customer Care Minimum FOUR or more then days required to ask your problem.
