Dont open account in upstox, for there cheap brokrage always software problem & very pathetic service always you are not even able to exit your positions honestly, find another brokere but not upstox. they cheat you always.
We work hours in front of the computer and Upstox pro web is very cool and Relaxing to the eye in comparison to other trading platforms. I Love Upstox.
If you want to make money donot ever think of opening a demat account with UPSTOX. I hold 6 accounts in my family names but they are not transparent in their services and customer service is Big ZERO . they have cheated me twice by not placing my bid for OFS and made me huge losses.

Yes same issue I got faced,
In the morning I have 179 shares but at the time of market starts 179 went to 26 share without no reason or Intimation.
suppert is very poor., very dissapointing every time when contact to customer care.
customer support is very low and brokerage change cant see in details

Worst app, I cannot login through mobile nor desktop, my internet speed is 40 -50 mbps . Also If logged in cannot see my holdings especially during market hours.

Website, Back office , or Mobile app.... nothing work properly. anytime it can stuck.. it's better to use other platforms , one better things which is different broker about upstox is that , it allows CO/OCO order in this volatile market.... another all thing is worst , even more than worst.

Its been more than 3 weeks and account is not opened yet.Sasta hia to bikta hia pe mat jao.I have sent so many mails to customer care they always committed 1 day 2 days to open the account but still no luck. Its like winnning a kon banega crorepati if they open an account. Such a unprofessional and delay is not expected in this trading world where few seconds can make you or break you. Good luck if you are planning to go with this broker.

same here man, they haven''t opened my account. it has been more than 3 weeks now. everytime they say the same thing it iwll be donw in 2-3 days. apologies for the inconvenience.
No transparency for traded reports. Always shows consolidated charges like brokerage, demat charges and other taxes. No clarity on margin report. Not fair & secured broker. Always keep eyes on your holdings. Finally I lost trust on Upstox and searching for other trusted broker.

Poor service & hidden charges levies don't open account there. Once again my humble request to all of u don't open account there,they use name ratan ji & intenionally fraud to thier client including myself. Thanks u.

I've tried to create an account on Upstox on the recommendation of a friend. However, their payment gateway is very poorly designed and their customer support is badly managed.
After payment of the account opening fees, the payment gateway shut down and I received an error message. I've tried to contact their customer service by phone and e-mail, multiple times, over the last few weeks, but all in vain. No one picks up, and one phone number re-directs to the other.
I've contacted the payment gateway and they've been quick to respond. However, since they only facilitate payments, they cannot do much in this case.
The amount has been deducted from my bank account 3-4 weeks ago, and still no contact from Upstox. I've also tried to reach them on their social media account (Instagram), but to no avail.
I cannot comment on the trading, but stay away from their website for account opening purposes.
I've all the communication saved, if anyone wants to cross-check.
