don"t downlaod this app upstox worst app in the world. Feed up of this such a useless app.

Upstox recently tweaked their pricing and became the highest charging discount broker for equity delivery. Does anyone know if the new prices apply to old customers too?

I entirely agree about poor knowledge of their staff. Totally uncooperative.

Don't go with upstox. I am authorised partner of upstox worst experience.

My experience is very worst. I never expected from such a big company in my life. Totally untained supporting staff.

Regular money deduction from demat account,

Customer care not supporting every time technical issue

Sell price is different and credit amount in demat account

If you buy same share on different avg price, upstox will take higher avg price and club the same with lower price.

I am also facing difficulties in tackling a small issue of updating my Nomination. Closing my account early.

The staff is not trained, first day a guy was yelling at me and show so aggrogant when I was giving him my feedback.

Another day a lady called and was asking me the details of my nominee after that she asked me to share my OTP as she can't process it without opening my account.

Sounds fake and unreliable.

Their support staff is totally uncooperative, lack of basic knowledge. I have to close my account in this month.

Its customer service is horrible. They got many problems like their ipo application most of the times are unsuccessful because their ipo autopay mandate always fail to became successful even after getting clear from the bank our amount get blocked but it always shows that ' PLEASE ACCEPT YOUR UPI MANDATE' and their support agents does not even have the full knowledge of the matter. By far my experience of using upstox is worst of all brokers.

Customer care not supporting

Every time there's technical issue

Sell price is different and the credit amount is different showing in demat account

Cannot Recommend Upstox to anyone...

Third class company, i was told my was a zero broking on delivery account but on each order of buy or sell I'm charged rupees 20, i requested to close my account and they randomly deducted 200 rupees without any reason as miscellaneous charges, plus I was told they have state of the art advisory, which obviously they have nothing.. my advice to all, stay away from this company.

i have account both in zerodha as well as in upstox. i must say that upstox is the WROST broker. you wont get any explanation about what is happening in your account. the customer service is too pathetic. i must say zerodha is far better than this crap.

Very poor back-end service. Systems are worst and very outdated. Once you register your mobile/email for opening an account that is end of it. Later on for any reason if you close the account, you can not reopen the account in upstox with same mobile number/email since their system does not allow (As explained by their executive after almost 4 months from the day I tried to re-open my demat account).
since, my family is already having two accounts with Zerodha, I tried to re-open the account with upstox but for the worst experience.
Zerodha is much more professional and system driven, than any penny brokers.

All they are interested in is opening account, I was mad to switch from 5Paisa to this junk, the app experience is pathetic, their offerings are next to nil, customer service is non existent, God knows how they've managed to open so many accounts, seems they're just like other start-ups, only bleeding investor money at customers expense. Honest advice, avoid this, go to zerodha or any other discount broker, I'm going back to 5paisa.

Can anyone guide me as to which broker is charging annual/monthly brokerage?

Platform upstox pro is not good for traders upstox is only good for people who buy stock once a month and keep it. If your a traders don't open your account here. I have called them 100 times and told them to better their platform they will say yes we have taken your feedback and nothing will happen. Don't open ur account in upstox After 1 year of useage I am writing this.
