Why do you give such nonsense replies to the issues faced by your customer. Everyday the same issue comes up between 1:30 till 3:30. I asked your tushaar today the same issue he lied he was able to login but when i asked him to send screen shot.. He immediately terminated the chat.. I urge every one if you take this broker you will not be able to trade between 1:30 and 3:30. So be wise before taking decision. I have sent so many mails to my rm he doesnt reply

Again,as I was saying, login problem continues as it was. Today,at 3:19pm I was trying to login,but was not able to do so,and you know even after 11 minutes, I was not able to login into my account,due to which I was not able to purchase stock of BPL,and that was really annoying.Thanks to trade smart online for its services.

Hi,I am using Web version of NEST,for online training and I am facing issues related to login into my account.It is rare that I successfully login in my first attempt,and due to the time lapse, I have to buy stocks at higher price.I am registered with trade smart online as Piyush Rana. Hi...I tried to log in my account more than dozen times..i entered all the information correctly..my login id,password and security questions..but even then I wasn''t able to login...and you know that is frequent with Trade Smart Online..I don''t know why it happened again and again..So,It is not really great...

Issue with their service,
Its the worst service i am not able to login at the most important time on everyday between 2:00 to 3:00pm. even though i launched many complaints with them you will not get proper response when ever there is complaints from client side. if you want to have this broker make sure you are ready to loose money becatheir weblogin

I have raised to your support team on 19th,22,23 jul but they were not able to solve. I will mention here every day when ever i face issue.so that people will be aware of your service and they will not make the mistake of choosing wrong broker.

I am active trader in TSO ,Their service is excellent,but trading platform(NOW trader) is very very bad for intraday traders. when you are in profit or trade right way they purposefully misquoted total buy sell positions and simply hangs out the terminal, the dangerous thing is
if i put a trade ,some times it won''t and won''t display,even not to cancel my order,after some time they shows order is executed(at that time everything is against me in the market.

Hello Vik,
1) You cannot both NOW and NEST simultaneously.
2) In NOW software there are no payin charges. In NEST, there is a charge of Rs.8+Service tax for each payin.
3) We do not charge for trading software.

1) You can do BTST. However, you need to make full payment for trading in delivery. Exposure is not available is BTST. You also need to consider the possibilities of short delivery in case of BTST. Please refer the link for more details.

2)You can link PNB bank account.

3)You can opt for any one software for trading irrespective of brokerage plan you select. Both softwares cannot be activated.

Hello Ram,
You can link SBI for payin and payout. If you are NOW user then you need to payin from NEFT. NEST user can make immediate payin from SBI. Transferring securities to VNS is free of charge. Share transfer from VNS to other DP is chargable of Rs.25/scrip.
