I have many negative observation for sharekhan. the refund takes 2 to 3 days while the deposit is instant. Similarly when good buy opportunity is there it is not happening at sharekhan. Recently it happend continously for 3 days. The message given was " trading not allowed in the script" when actual reason was that sharekhan was not able to trade.

I opened my account with Sharekhan 3 yrs back. Now a days I started my to invest my money in market, but m facing lots of problems with my account. Sharekhan's both lines 022-66621111 Toll Free: 1-800-22-7500 never respond properly. Their waiting period for to catch the custmers is not less than 10 minuts.Their core branches does not have nombers of other branches and who are picking up phone talks very roudly. I asked them for daily updates with SMS or mail, they asked for charches, rather Indiainfoline has free of cost. M fedup with this account.and I am thinking to close it.........

Hello Sir i had opened an on line trading accounr with share khan in the month of january-2008.That idiot Agent who lured me with that he will open an "0" balance with ICICI bank & on line trading account with share khan absolutely free,but he insisted to pay share khan a sum of RS:-2000/ favouring share khan which share khan in returns will pay back in demat account, but 1 months has passed that idiot agent is not picking up my phone and i havent got any demat account nor any icici bank 0 balance bank account.Now i think is sharekhan & that agent fooled me & mine freinds what u take next necessary step Please ADVISE

I opened Dmt Account with Sharekhan on 24 Aug 2007 but i Could't make use of it because my account is locked. I approached Sharekhan Rep Mr Hem Nath on his mobile but very very poor response. Please the Needful if possible

if you want to lose your money, the best way is to open an account with sharekhan. you will transfer fund from your bank account to trading a/c, they will grab your money for 15 days and will not reply any of your e-mails. even the credit in your trading a/c will not allow u to purchase sharea when they are at better price. when the market will be collapsing they will allow u to purchase at margin and when the market will collapse and you want to purchase and reduce your loss, you will not be able to purchase shares.

I have already applied for Demat account with Sharekhan,now i am unable to trace my account,i want to know the Customer Care number of Sharekhan,so that i can know the status of the account,they promised me the account will be active within 5 working days but already 10 days are completed.
Plz someone guide me in getting my account,i am customer who is facing the problem before getting my account.

I had a bad opinion on sharekhan. I have been asked to open demat acount. I have all the information and check for 5000 and cancelled one. but the guy is not lifting the phone. I called to thier office. from them no responce. what steps i need to take aganist them.

In this world, you can go for any brokers, but not Sharekhan. Their customer support service is worst....For a simple query resolution, you may have to wait for months...Please don't go for Sharekhan...

Sharekhan customer services are worst ever i have seen.. It's pathetic to call their customer service center

i am having 3 dmat accounts with sharekhan frm my family and i am happy to say that i am very much satisfied with the services of sharekhan.......specially the customer care facility though sometimes i need to wait to talk to the executive but thts fine seeing the load.....main thing they provide me proper information and i m completely satisfied.......

very good broking firm.Only drawback is they charge heavy brokerage.But it is justified because if u want good service, it comes with a price.

SHAREKHAN is the worst agency to opn an account with and trade with. I dont know but I feel like abusing them on their face all the time. Bloody they havent been able tp provide with a new passowrd to me for the last 3-4 months. So guys please beware. Another request to you all, if any of you are facing trouble with SHAREKHAN please comeup and put your comments and thoughts as I am planning to lodge a complaint against them. No customer service, phone not reachable anytime, more than 30 minutes on hold over the phone, are some of the troubles listed. please come with you thoughts on the same.

it depends that in which state r u 4m. in my city dehradun they r opening an a/c in 2-3 days.
u can call them at their tool free no 1800-22-7500 and apply 4 d same.

Pls anyone tell me about the the transaction charges of IndiaBulls & IndiaInfoline. I have account in sharekhan in which the transaction charges are between Rs. 10 to 20.I like to invest Rs.1000 to 1500 in one scrip so that my transaction charges (DP charges) becomes very big amount. I have given around Rs.6000 in last 4 month.
Sharekhan charges 0.5% brokerage (net) on buy & sell amount.
Pls anyone tell me how can I decline my transaction cost.
My one freind told me that indiabulls charges Rs. 60 per month & Rs.6 per sell transaction.

I have a bad experience with Sharekhan

I opened a share khan account very rapidly. I tried to trade with an investment of Rs20000.
I tried to put some money and because of online payment issuse I couldn't deposit more
Then my password got expired
I am following up and it has been more than 8 months they are not able to reset my password and send me the new password to access .

Does anybody has this issue with them ?

Password expiration feature and customer support is bad from my experience

I am having a demat a/c for past 2 years there SPPED TRADE SOFTWARE is fantastic i have tried all other broking such as indiabulls,religare indiainfoline,icici direct but nobody stand near SHAREKHAN,hats off to them

is day trading enable upto 3:30 - AND is trading in both nse and bse will be there. is the shares purchased today can be sold nextday or else it take three days to deliver - anybody who holding sharekhan please share these details.

I am using speedtrade of sharekhan. By far it is the best trading platform. I will recommend it to anyone willing to trade in shares
