Hi sir,

I want to trade in share market but I don''''''''t have demat account and I want to open my demat account with sher khan Ltd. I don''''''''t have any idea how to open the account so please guide me as soon as possible. but i don''t know how to purchase and sale share.

About 25 clients have joined based on my recommendation, since 2010.

Last few months, online trading platform has some issues, Trading in BSE, No update in 52 high low details in "sharemini" which is excellent for desktop as well as mobile trading. On 25th Feb, BSE trading restored only around 12 noon., and on 28-02-2022, Portfolio was not updated.

One big issue now is their HO customer care number is TOTAL WASTE, perhaps last two years I couldnt speak with a single person, (I doubt this service may have withdrawn, taking advantage of COVID norms). Though you will get IVR reply, "Your queue position is 1", you will not be connected to them, in 15 minutes, the same will get disconnected. This I have written several times, but not responded properly.

I need to open an account for my younger daughter now, who attained major recently, but decided not in Sharekhan, hence visited this site.

Sharekhan doesnt have customer care support. I have dialed many times but no one answers even after waiting for 20mins. If you need customer support then you have to contact your respective branch or Relationship manager.

I am using Sharekhan but here they're not providing BO oder for investment (delivery) order in future and options. Only BO for intraday. And NCL also they are not providing.

Please help me Sharekhan team as per SEBI and NSE rules we must have these facilities.

its been 15 days i have been asking why 5900/- have been charged towards demat charges on my ac and i havent got any reply yet.

Ys, same with me, deducted 23 k, so many times contacted the broker , mailed to support team they are just procrastinating, no solution.
Even head office doesn't receives phone

Been using SK over a long period without issues

Sharekhan Team- leadership is least responsible for any Investor's money. They do not adhere to T+2 settlement period. They delay the credit of shares for more than t+3. If you complain, there is no response from their team.

Their team is pathetic and involved in illegal activities and when raising the flag they manipulate their responses in front of Exchange.

High brokerage. Excluding brokerage,So many times found money deducted, they never respond if you mail them any complaint.
Surprisingly, its head office never receives any phone call .

I didn’t had any confidence that investment in equities can yield me returns, but the approach Mr. Shankar my Sharekhan RM offered to me was different and linked to what exactly should be taught to build relationship/confidence i.e. long term view for creation of wealth. He has recommended me a bucket called MHS and convinced me to invest in tranches with positional view. Now after continuity of 3-4 months which were full of ups and downs, I am comfortable to say that these are perfect solutions for building trust and creation of portfolios

i like trading options and there market research also there call regarding the share and daily market status

1. The so called RMs are clueless about their own software
2. Email answers are many a times just a waste of time
3. Menus are not intuitive
4. Wrong information is given by support
5. Many features are missing

There is no way to talk to the customer, whoever is assigned RM, he first does his work, then talks to the customer, sometimes Sher Khan does not come forward and call his customer.

No Algo Trading facility. It is an Illiterate RM's club. Sharekhan Trade Tiger is good trading Apps. Research Quality more or less. Fees is not reasonable. As per my opinion, if somebody want to choose any Full-Service broker, then select any broker (Motilal, IIFL, Adotya Birla Money, Angel etc.) except Sharekhan. Above mentioned Broker has been used, but they are better than Sharekhan.

If you want to get best facility for every angel from any broker, it is not possible. Any broker of India can't satisfy to you regarding all parameters. But, I'm experienced trader from 2007. Sharekhan is very poor among the all Full-Service broker. It is very dangerous for those traders whose amount is huge for trading.

Again I repeat, if you go with Sharekhan, you never go with their Relationship Manager. India's most illiterate person are recruited in Sharekhan as RM.

I have an equity balance, I trying to withdraw balance from 15 days, when I request to withdraw balance message reflecting as sorry unable to process your request this time. I talked to customer care service, my experience with sharekhan very worst service. I request to people not open account with sharekhan.

This is very expensive broker for trading. One day I traded whole day. I lost 20k & I paid 15K brokerage. from that days I left trading from Sharekhan & shifted to discount broker.

Sharekhan provides platform for investors and traders not gamblers who trades whole day to check their luck.

No API Services, No Ambi Broker Bridge, No Any Algo Trading Services , Very Poor Services Everybody Moving In Future And Sharekhan Moving In Past.........With High Brokerage
