SIR,
i did a intra day business for more than 1 crore last week. my investment was about 20 lakhs. I have been charged heavily. charge was more than Rs 60000. But my account shows in loss. How can I do & continue this business. Now I plan to discontinue this business through. At the same time some other broker offers me 0.01% commission instead of 0.3% you charge.
Now I request you if you offer 0.1% charge I will contue my business with you.
Please let me know ur interest regarding this.

There is not much positive about sharekhan, only there site for trading is fine otherwise they are very poor. There support staff are a big fraud and doesnt give your proper information. Even after writing to them they do not accept there mistake. I would never recommend such fruadsters to anyone.

Very poor customer service and arrogant...Never listens to customers..Even for adding new bank account they didnt process the request by saying stupid reasons..

As u said "Facility to place orders after trading hours is not available".
but as per my knowledge it is avilable for equity segment.
aka AfterHour process.
Pls confirm and update.

THE BEST PLATFORM ON THE MARKET PERIOD. But the rates although low, still does lower the profits of the intraday trader, pretty noticeably. But I have no complaints whatsoever. The easiest broker to recommend.

sharekhan borkerage charges is so high compare to other.It is good but brokerage charges is very very high..and customer care number is always busy.You have to wait at least 30-55min to pick the call from there side.

Agents of sharekhan misguidied me to open sharekhan a/c when I told him to close the a/c, he told me that account has been closed.I gave lot of emails to close the account but sharekhan is not losing the a/c and going on charging DP fees but I have no share in the DP/demat.That agent has left the job of sharekhan.

Kamal, Get in touch with the Sharekhan customercare. they will send you the application form via en email. Take a printout of it, fill it and send it to their head office address. They will close it immediately.

sharekhan is good but it is not best, brokerage sometimes kills u. even the advisory is poor although survice provided by them are good. it is not for small investor. i m in sharekhan from 6 month but switching from here now just becaof brokerage

YES, IT IS CORECT. YOU MAY OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT IN ACTION FINANCE. I HAVE ALREADY MY ACCOUNT IN SBICAP SECURITY WHICH BROKERAGE IS ALSO HIGHER LIKE SHEKRKHAN.

how much brokerage charge on you....?

I am shocked to get now a Bill for Rs.2589.52 after 6-7 years or more. Total work was stopped nearly 8 years back with no demat account holding. It is very much surprising that you are continuing debits of AMC in my account which is very painful.

It was intimated that time itself that I am no more in a position to do share business and work was stopped fully 8 years back. Please cancel all accumulated amount as shown and close the matter once for all.

I have been using both ICICI direct & Sharekhan. If we compare both I feel sharekhan is far better compared to ICICI direct in terms of brokerage fee. And in last 1 year sharekhan has improved a lot on the user experience of their trading website. I would say it is a notch higher than ICICI.

how much is the brokerage they charge on delivery based txns, for buying and selling?

I have switched over from ICICI DIRECT and feeling very relieved these days. 3in1 concept of ICICI DIRECT attracts but kills. I have linked my sharekhan account with YES BANK and also getting 7% interest on my balance in my saving account.I think sharekhan is the best for all investors and traders. However very active traders can opt for ventura too.

I have been a decade old user of sharekhan.

Pros:
Good platform for trades and also their mobile and other software.
Customer service is good too.. havent had many complaints yet

Cons:
The website is not user friendly at all.
Brokerage charges are average.
Their helpline numbers are always busy and on waiting list.
Their stock tips are not useful, infact they will give you negative returns.

Sharekhan-Kolhapur team did many trade from my account without my knowledge and permission, due to this I get huge loss in lakhs and when I bring my complain in front of Mr. Vinod (Branch Manager - Sharekhan Kolhapur) he assured me to resolve the issue after his boss at HO, but he didn''t gave me single reply of my many mails / sms / call since 2 to 3 years.

Very worst customer service. Your call will be never connected to their customer service. They will charge you minimum of more than 2500 per year including AMC and
Demat charges even if you are not doing any transactions.

terminal is good. but stocks are not credited to account in time. they auction the stocks if we sell the stocks before it is credited to our account. not giving recommendations for buy/sell.

Better brokerage charges, but lacks all the features that others like ICICIDIRECT provide. Customer service is just average.
