Can I open a new trading account and link my existing demat account (with ICICI Bank) to the trading account?

Yes . You can . However you can sell delivery only once shares are available in your Demat Account with ProStocks . Demat Account opening is Free . Trading and Demat Account is life time AMC free , as such you do not have any cost for opening new account. You can transfer only those shares from your ICICI Bank Demat account to your ProStocks Demat Account just before you want to sell . whenever you buy , You have an option to take payout directly in your ICICI Demat Account .

Our Desktop Trading Application is comparable with Industry Leading Platform. We will release our new Mobile App in 2 weeks time with lot of improvement . We will keep doing improvement.

Excellent customer support was there during the opening. Also they provided trading demo for platform. Brokerage is less as compared to others.
After few months the trading platform became really unusable as it don''t show any detailed charts and as I tried to get the customer support it was horrible , "our team are working on the platform" was the reply , its now 3months still the charts problem haven''t rectified also the trading platform is below average and separate application or an website which opens only in internet explorer needs to check the mtm &profit/loss.

I have already a demet and trading account . will ihave open a new demet account?

Seamless account opening process. No Account opening charges. account opened within 2 days after they receive my documents. i really like their customer support service, i talked with customer rep within 20 seconds. no such good experience with other brokers when i needed to talk with customer rep. Customer support very quick while opening account you just need to click "help" button on top right side. they will call back you within 5 seconds when you click help button. I only found 1 negative thing that is Trading Platform. Web and Mobile trading platform is little dull and simple. not much attractiveness compared to Upstox and Angel Broking. User interface is simple and doesn''t offer much features compare to other brokers.

can we apply for ipo as well? also, is it possible to trade in sme on the same platform?

What is the margin on intraday trading

What is the NRML margin of Nifty and Bank Nifty? 8% or 10%?
What is MIS leverage for Nifty & Bank Nifty? 1.5x or 2x?

Customer Service is very poor. I have been trying to create a user account for more than a week. there is no proper response from the sales/ customer service team. I doubt if this will be the way they work once you have an account as well.

Do you provide phone trading service as well ?

Yes ProStocks provide Call & Trade for an additional Rs 10 per executed order. Note that this charge is lowest in the discount brokerage industry.
