Very 3rd class level service and MO app for trading.. seriously don't think to open Demat account with MO. Their advisors are non educated. Very very bad experience. You can't do trading you need follow-up them.

Very very bad service. Staff is unexpirienced they cant give right answers to ur queries not even tell about their company's rule. Brokerage rate is high,they increase price of per share very high if u hold any share as delivery. All commitments are fake which they commits at the ye of openning the account. U can never talk to their staff when u needed they always say that ur advisor will call u back nd then they never call again. Advisor will talk u only in starting days when u ll open ur account nd trying to make u invest in their mutual funds nd if u will not interested then u ll not get any calls from them after some days. Their app is good to use otherwise rest of all the things are very pathetic. I am facing loss daily due to these reasons I am giving this feedback after using their service from 3-4 months.Never open any aacount please their are many other good options

My experience with Motilal Oswal was that of being cheated and deception. Before you open dmat account they pick up your phone and speak like professionals, but once you have opened the account nobody will take your calls. There is no service. No customer care to hear you. The calls you will receive from landline no of Oswal are tagged as spam and fraud by trucaller. I regret opening a dmat account in Motilal.
I warn anybody planning to open, do so at your own risk. Motilal Oswal is a bogus company.

Motilaloswal , Very horrible , how come they have got such a marking. All their advices are below average! They advise to buy when Market is up and sell when down! I have already lost 15K. I think with my limited knowledge I can trade better. Do not let them give you advises. I have written emails to them but hardly anyone replies.

Even , I have written to their Supreme Authority to act but no response. Today , I let them do the last trade and again they have brought loss !! One month , I wanted to see their efficiency and found below average. So transferred rest of the balance to my bank. Do not make account to Motilal Oswal Securities . Even , you want to do the daily trading then do buy yourself. I have given this opinion after trading one month with them.

I have opened a new demat account in motilal oswal and within one month I have to compain SEBI for two times for not giving me Free M100 ETF and not able to transfer funds from my saving account to my DEMAT ACCOUNT. I have written to their MD and at query and grievance cell , but got no response. Their commodity research is 70% correct but currency research is 10% correct. I have lost 50% of my money within one month. Their intraday trading and swing trading calls are 20% correct. There commodity calls are 80% correct, currency derivative calls are 1% correct. I did complain to SEBI 12 times but no improvement. After 4 months I have last 80% money. If you like to lost your money at fast pace then do join MOFSL demat account. They have earned a lot from me in 4 months but on quality service part 99% false.

Actually Motilal Oswal (MOSL) has too much of superiarity compelx. Their each staff feels they are the Chairmen of the Company. I had almost exactly similar experince like you, but that time their MD was a decent professional guy (who now resigned) and he helped me. During my recent one incidence of their webinar I attended and then the MOSL team were messing up with NRI investment process etc., I also had to go to their MD and he did not even bothered to revert of help or directed my case to someone within MOSL. He is useless. In MOSL, once you have a RM (in my case my broker) they simply say that I can not contact MOSL directly. I must come through broker. Is this sensible? May be some one has problem with broker too! Believe me they are Ok to lose the business, but finally I had to drop that investment plan.
