Not liking it for sure due to unknown/not cleared trading fees, broken mobile app, no proper detailed transaction history, too dark (not user friendly) interface, Scripts failed a lot of times, typing sucks, asked for DOB every single day (it's too annoying) before placing an order, clicking a stock preset to last chosen option (buy/sell) so sometimes you want to buy instead placed sell order (another annoyed) should set to default, too slow app, slow speed of an app

Overall, too a bad experience. I will not recommend anyone to use it

good morning friends
motilaloswal brokerage is very high compared to others and i gave demat account to motilal oswal advisors they cheated me and 50 % of capital is i lost this is very sad news and my suggestion is dont give account to them and advisors and sales men work for brokerage and targets and incentives and they will not consider customer point of view

i recommend to don't open account in Motilal ,

Very high charges , financial advice conntiusally call you to trade in FNO & Option to make commision.

I experienced similar problem. Their service and apps for trading stink. No one ever calls back or picks up phone. In Hyderabad, I called every office but no one picks up the phone. I want to close the damn account but they are not responding. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There research on options is very poor. There only interest is to make the individual to trade in options and that too huge lots. They have no concern for the money of the individual.

They are big time liars and fool customer by manipulative technique by their so called financial advisor.

You are absolutely right. This is the worst app i have ever used for trading and investing. Brokerage is very very high as compare to other like zerodha, upstox , etc.

Too much charge 5 time more than angel and zerodha

Like : App is good,
Dislike : 1. Brokerage is very high.
2. No mention of minimum brokerage during account opening process. (Keep customers in dark)
3. Till the time you have money in your MO account they will call you for suggesting trades (push for other than deliveries is very much) otherwise nobody will even talk to you.
4. There may have been at top of market game, but now they are just promoting their products and average customer is nothing to them.

Worst worst worst experience. Their customer executive did not pick up phone after investment but before that they always make false commitment. They also play with your investment as per their own wishes without informing you. They stop money refund after sale of shares for so many days. Infact it is a zero company. Don't. Trust them. Fake company.

True.. I have account in Kochi Kerala. The advisor did lot of unauthorised transactions which went to loss.. There is no body to answer the complaints. There is no proper customer care system too. It is good if you ca help to raise the complaint

THEY ARE MARKET MAKERS , PERSONALLY I FACE ISSUE 3 TIMES AND LOSE MONEY AROUND 15K WHEN YOU COMPLAINT THERE IS NO ONE WHICH PICKUPS YOUR CALL, WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. AVOID THIS TYPE OF BROKER EVEN AFTER PAYING HUGE BROKERAGE THEY ARE DOING WRONG ACTIVITIES.

HI, can you suggest the way to complaint against them.They are doing a lot of unauthorised transactions. The worst customer service. Staffs are very incompetent.

Actually Motilal Oswal (MO) has too much of superiority complex. Their each staff feels they are the Chairmen of the Company. I was sad after opening the PMS account with MO about 3-4 years back, but that time their MD was a decent professional guy (who now resigned) and he helped me. During my recent one incidence of their webinar I attended and then the MOSL team were messing up with NRI investment process etc., I once again had to go to their MD as their team including senior mgmts were passing bug to one another. Shockingly this new MD did not even bothered to revert of help or directed my case to someone within MOSL. He is useless. In MOSL, once you have a RM (in my case my broker) they simply say that I can not contact MOSL directly. I had PMS through a broker who is MO's agent, so now no matter whichever new investments I want to do thru MO, I have to use that same agent. I must contact MO through same agent / broker. Is this sensible? May be some one has problem with broker too! Believe me they are Ok to lose the business, but not ready to support customer. So finally I had to drop that investment plan. All big talks in webinars, but when time comes to give services they are fuuuuuuuusssssss.

Stay away from this cheating broker. Very high brokerage. Lots of hidden charges. App is too complex. If you follow their recommendation of intraday, positional or option call, most of the time you will lose money. Their advisor will constantly pester u to buy their products like tgs software, guaranteed return plans, insurance etc. Better to open account with discount broker and take help of separate advisory service.

I didn't get the service what I have being promised. Since I'm moving out from motilal oswal trading, I'm recommending my friends also to come out from this trading firm and starts trading with different firm.

brokerage is very high. if you trade on calls given by their advisor, you will incur huge loss. they will pressurise you for buying their stupid software called TGS(Trade guide signal) which costs 30k per year. they just want brokerage from you. no care for retail or small investors

They are big cheater and fraud. They will appoint you an advisor. They will say there is momentum in bank nifty or any other intraday trade. You will lose money. When you ask them, they will say we will recover money in next trade. Again you will lose money and will be trapped. There brokerage is highest amongst all brokers. Customer service is pathetic. They just want brokerage from poor retail investors. You can earn better if you invest yourself. Better to go with discount brokers

Never rely on these guys. They will dump you to lot of losses. Believe me they made a loss of 2L within a month. I keep on asking them the cumulative loss and they mask us by mentioning that will be recovered through premium. After stressing a lot, they have played with soft messages saying that it will be recovered, but nothing has happened except I left with a loss of 2L. After this much loss, they have stopped calling. I keep on trying to call them, they always say now the call flow is there and I will call you later. They never come back. Not sure whom/where to reach out.

Be careful that is what I can suggest. Though these are having market risks, it's advised to be careful when we are discussing with the advisors
Instead go with your own assessment and do trading otherwise they will fool you.
End of the day that is your money and not theirs

very bed experience with motilal oswal. my account was suspended without any reasons and without any intimation. in spite of account suspended they charges their AMC. I have many time mailed to them for resolve the problem and also talked on customer care but no response. As per me zero rating.

Motilal oswal is chitter broker. This broker is not give proper answer. Broker behaviour is very poor for client. Ye broker ki scheme aa ja fsa ja. Wali hai. Please do not open your account in motilal oswal. Jo aapka account hai to urgent close karva do nahi to bad me pastaoge.
