i have my demant accout with motilal oswal, this account i open only for SIP , for one and a half year i invasted Rs.180000 in my SIP, these guys keeps on calling me for more investment still i just stick to SIP only,
they brain washed me for trading intraday or F&O and just told me that they can trade on behalf of me. they were calling n number of times in a day to convience me. finally i convinced as they said they are expert and they will trade and make me profitable. i gave my concent (it was totally brainwashing thing) i already told them i m not aware of market and dont have any idea about F & O still they said they will trade on behalf of me.
then within 2 days i lost my rs. 147000/-(which was my hard earned money ) i really think cheated. my total capital which i invasted through my SIP is gone to down i really feel like cheated

i want my hard earn money back
after that i read several similar complains

They are cheaters. They had made lot of calls and convinced me that they have lot of top researchers and don't make any loss . I convinced and I have shared login details to them but with in two days i have lost Rs.85000/- ( My total investment was 1 Lakh). So please please don't trust these people

I have Opened my account with MOTILAL oswal. They have called me minimum 10 times a day which was useless. I have kep recieving calls why did I withdraw my amount of 5000 which I deposited earlier. I had to explain the reason. Now also they keep calling from different different numbers. Its really frustrating and unpleasant experience that I have decided to close my account.

I completely agree with your points.. Now i realized my mistake trusting advisors (after loosing so much money). Advisors only trade for the benefits of their company. Now we cant blame them because i blindly believed them & traded their advice. only i can & i did is to close the demat account of so called Motilal Oswal & at least save hard earned money for my family needs.

200/- rs. Brokerage per lot for commodity, Motilal oswal is a cheater company & they will gonna mad you by calling everyday & provide fake calls only, when your funds will be 0 only that time they will stop to calling you, worst very worst experience with MO, I suggest the broker you not heard before is greater than MO

Worst service. Don't believe in offer of Trading call from adviser. They don't have any conviction on trades, they just try to earn brokerage. Don't care for investor's hard earned money. They put my portfolio of 1 lac into 40k loss in just 2 trade sessions. Don't respond even after raising grievances though mail.

Motilal Oswal is a cheater company they give you an advisor which is only for making profit for company not for clients. I lost my rs 40000 in two days trading. I said to my advisor that put a stop loss of 30 points but she purposely put at 60 points they don't listen to you. I have lost a hudge amount with them. Don't go with then use other brokers

Hi Abhay,
I have never seen such a Fraud and Chteating organization.
I surrendered to them that I didn't have much idea on this domain and I am completely trusting them on this.
They collected money by false promising and within a month, a negative balance message starts coming.
Communication completely blocked from their end.
After 4 months, I cam to know all my money has gone and 4k to be paid on top of this.
Did you get any solution on this?

Dont keep accounts with this guy and dont take margin, they eat away your hard earn money, None of their team is explain about networth of your account. I doubt fundamentals

Cheaters and looters. Never trust them. They will try very hard to convince you that they want you to earn and will make you trade with their insistence, only to make us realize later that we are cheated.

Even on their website they have mentioned that they charge Rs. 20/- brokerage per lot, they have charged Rs. 50/- per lot, just because I trusted them and did not cross check.

Not only that, because of their negligence I have lost lacs of rupees and still they are shamelessly saying that it is because of risky business!

Also, they have provided sure shot loss call in which also I lost a huge sum but they are not willing to accept their mistake.

There are so many lacuna in the app system. App is not user friendly. Value+ and margin+ is not suitablefor working people. Stop loss is not working as expected. Charges is very high. Service is below the mark.

Sirf aur sirf ek kaam hai inka customer ne jitana paisa dala hai usey wapis nahin nikalne dena hai. Aap sure rahiye ki inke paas account start kar m jo paisa aapne dala hai wo paisa wapis kisi bhi keemat par mahin aayega. Fraud trade advisors, inki mobile app tab tak hangrl rahegi jab tak aapka trade account me rahega kyuk beeche me agar aap nikal gaye to inko loss ho kayega na, aur jab total loss ho jayega tab wo chalne lagegi.

Very common scenario in customers review, cheater research advisors have a single motive in this company i.e to cheat generate the brokerage as much as possible without having any concern with what P&L actually customer is struggling.
I am also withdrawing my account from Motilal this week as they have also blown up my account within a week.
Wise & honest suggestion to every potential customer not to get into the trap of Motilal Oswal l.

I maintain account with Motialal Oswal securities Ltd through franchisee. I had obtained Delivery Instruction slip for transfer of share to HUF account as Gift. Broker insists me to put reason Transfer between specified family members. I had submitted circular of CDSL CDSL/OPS/DP/SYSTM/2021/569 dated December 15, 2021 which clearly state that for transfer of off market reason code should be gift. My husband has account with Zerodha and Sharekhan. He was able to transfer share in HUF account with reason code Gift. I inquired with franchisee and told them I had lodge grievance with escalation team of Motilal Oswal securites ltd and also emailed him all details 15 days have elapsed but no response from Broker either through email or phone call. When inquired with franchisee this people tell me that it is internal management decision. Made grievance with SEBI and CDSL. I fail to understand how they can have internal management instruction which is totally different with manual and circular of CDSL. Customer service number is totally fake. I tried to make phone 5 times with but phone rings for 15 minute and you are told that you are in que and suddenly phone disconnect. Even they don’t reply to email. Worst broker with no research capabilities and highest brokerage charge

I have an account with Motilal Oswal since six months. I was quite happy in trading through long term investing. I also became a premium customer of TGS by paying additional of 25000 for one year, so that I could make better trading with the help of signals. But that didn't help me at all. As I was very new to the stock market tit took some time in understanding the concepts and go through the materials available on platform. As the time passed, I didn't earn any money even after eight months. Hence, thought to take an adviser to recover atleast some amount. But I believe that was the worst decision that took. Within two days I went under loss of 84000. At the cost of clients, they will get brokerage charges but we will not get anything. I tried to escalate to the management but of no use. As I'm from middle class family, I can't get more amount to pay on immediate basis. Now they are forcing me to sell my other stocks to repay the amount. This was not the expectation from the company. I will move all my stocks from this company to some other. I would request everyone to be aware of this non-sense company.

Agent are freshers, they don't have any experience they are learning on our money
They don't bother we are in profit or loss they try to collect maximum brokarage from us.
No proper guidance from motilal
Every time fresher agent will call you.
Request don't open any account with Motilal
Though you open the account don't belive on agents call. Agents will try to do his maximum profit from brokarage amount.
May be they are getting commission on brokarage.
Very very bad experience with Motilal Oswal.

very bad customer services they dont even coordinate with client , finacial advisor is very bad , recent incident happen with us that we have fund of 25000 & finacial advisor has purchase share of rs 58000 for that we r facing losses & now we r calling our finacial advisor but she has kept the phone switch off no reply from motilal oswal team , so plz dont invest in this market it is waste of money

Motilal app shows wrong profit amounts in their PL reports which is causing problem to the customers. They are not even correcting it
