Fraud, Cheaters, Crook or something else...I really cannot determine what actual name should be given to this company. They agreed for a rate of brokerage and deduct the amount of brokerage which is approx 5 to 10 times more then the agreed terms. When i asked for the refund of excess brokerage they simply denied. Their contract note indicates that brokerage would be computed upto 4 digits of decimals but the broker says that their software can compute only upto 2 digits which is lie. They make there investor fool to make money. They are looting all investors in the same way.

Motilal ostwal has worst PMS service ...they only say invest for 3 year get your money doubled...I have invested all my savings in Motilal PMS my result are negative - 25 % now it's almost 3.5 years for investment sensex was 29000 ...so I request not to trust on Motilal oswal bad experience...they only take meetings in 3 star hotel an says will cover loss will do better performance....just kept in as FD in bank would have get 6% min return yearly...that 18% loss ...if we say all this things in meeting ...they investment is subject to market risk...than y we are allowing to experts for our money to invest...iF we have entered in all blue chip fund in 2017 my investment would have give 18% return ...but we believed you...they Are fake ...plz don't invest

These guys are big cheaters. They make us fool by doing sugar coated talks. Today, One of their advisor has given me a loss of 15k. Now, I can only shout on them. But, they are very shameless. They promise so many things but don't do a single thing.

The advisors of Motilal Oswal are big cheaters. Yesterday, they cheated me with 15K. Now, they are giving some stupid excuses. There is no body in grievance cell taking the phone call. The whole company is promoting these cheaters.

Worst brokerage in my experience. You will only see your money declining. No transparency, also you will never be able to reach the customer support and will be kept on long wait times. Relationship managers have poor knowledge and timing, ex. they will ask you to invest in the market and mutual fund when markets are high and for sure all know that it will correct.

Please AVOID.

Worst brokerage house. You can never contact customer service. they have done it on purpose. Nothing is transparent. Once you put in your money, you will see only charges and deductions.
Relationship managers lack knowledge and you will be misguided all the time. Please AVOID.

Donot open any account in motilal, they can open in 15 minutes, but their charges are very high and they deduct money unusually, the person who opened my account, deducted 5000 at initial for cashback scheme. Which I have to use in a year as a brokerage fee. Which is much higher then others, I am Tring to close my account but there is a heck they can open account in minutes but closure is totally offline have to fill form and submit nearby with correct information else no closure, no way to close online, I am trying to close it from last 5 month but cannot as it has more hectic experience. I lost nearly 15k in 2 years as charges. Don't open else you cannot close.

Not good in service after opening New account no body is caring not attending Phone calls when urgent.

All theory without any examples. I have portfolio managed by Motilal Oswal and 5Lac invested in year Jan2018 r now got eroded to 3.2 lacs. Carelessness is at high pick since no one is clarifying even after contacting several times. Better if he implement his business values n credentials in his firm rather than evaluating other cos performance stock analysis.Incidently his name resembles a famous business yoga and Ayruveda guru.G Goot alternate if MO company lock down due to poor performance.

Very very selfish company. All advisors are only working for themselves and not for the clients. Very slow services and not transparent. They do not allow the issue to escalate to high management, the concern person does not let the escalation reach the high management to save his own goodwill. Worst advisory service and only focus on their own profit through broker fee nd commission

They hire freshers as advisors, their duty is simply making business for Motilal with fals calls. They do not know even basics of trading and even in their own applications. I asked 10 times about brokerage , they were giving false information about it as is on low brokerage but they changed 5 months ago and were looting me with heavy brokerage.

Motilal Oswal security ltd is a slater house. They don't have any knowledge of trading. They are so selfish, they don't try to help anybody in need. TSATISH hey are using the client money for their own benefit. They don't care about their client and cheat them in all ways possible. DO NOT GET YOURSELF INVOLVE IN SUCH KIND OF FROD SECURITY BROKER. They will manupulate and take away all your hard worked earning.

I totally agree, all are worst calls and loot in brokerage too.

Never prefer Motilal if you are looking for a low brokerage solution. They usually charge high compare to other trading accounts, that too they will change your brokerage plan without proper notification and notice. I ended up paying so much because of the change they made after 2 years of use without consulting me. The biggest mistake I have done is never looked out of Motilal, now I realized that I at least lost 20-30k minimum on brokerage when I tried with other trading accounts.

My complaint and grievance is against MOTILAL OSWAL. I would caution any trader or investor who trades actively in stock market to not open demat account with this broker. First of all their brokerage charges are very high, different for different customers and there are hidden charges. On top of that their so-called advisors are only interested in giving Motilal more brokerage at the cost of traders losses in the segments that they are inexperienced in. I mainly trade in delivery swing and intraday. I don't have experience of trading in derivatives futures and options but wanted to learn trading in it. I told my advisor, Mr. Divyesh Bhesania about my inexperience in trading F&O segment and just wanted to trade in option to learn how to trade in options. I have been a victim of this unethical malpractice by my advisor who instead of placing order in 1 lot in options showed me the greed of profits and placed trades in 10 lots that too on the expiry day on Thursday when the market is most volatile. He put trade on my behalf in call option that too when the market was going down and when I told him to trade in put option when the market is bearish he told me to put trust in him and bought a call option giving stop loss at almost 40 Rs gap. Because of his blunder which was actually cheating I suffered a loss of more than Rs 9500.

After this episode another advisor named Shreyas told me to trade in currency to cover my losses of Rs 9.5k and placed a sell put trade in currency options purchasing 200 lots. When again the MTM was showing about 5k loss he told me to average it out by 300 lots more, so the total lots sold was 500 lots in put option and he told me to hold it for next day Friday which was the currency options expiry day. Because the rupee went down further against dollar I suffered another huge loss of 20000. In all I suffered loss of more than 45000 due to 30000 loss plus more than 15000 brokerage charged by Motilal Oswal. I never trust any outside fake advisor who calls me from Indore, Bhopal, Rajkot and other places but I actually put blind trust on advisor of Motilal Oswal thinking that they are advisors of reputed broker but it was my big mistake. On one hand Motilal Oswal brokerage is highest in broking industry and on other hand they will do anything, even give wrong calls to make losses for customers and to gain more brokerage. So guys be careful before opening account with this most unethical broker MOTILAL OSWAL. All your hard earned money can get wiped out in no time by wrong advisory with wrong calls to give Motilal more business at the cost of customer losses.

On the site of Motilal Oswal Financial Services, it was written free joining fee and free lifetime AMC for that day. I registered my account, filled all details and uploaded my documents. The next day I received a call from an executive of Motilal Oswal Financial Services that my account is still not activated and he needs OTP sent on my mobile number to activate my account. I confirmed again if Lifetime AMC is free and he said Yes. I gave him the OTPs he needed afterwards. But after my account got activated, the executive asked me what i was asking about AMC. I told him again if AMC is free. At that time he started saying that i have to buy value added pack and then brokerage will be lowered and that AMC is free for only first year. I told him i do not want the account and I am not willing to pay AMC as i am already trading on other website. He said he would call me later but did not call me afterwards. I received an email that my account had been processed and activated. This is really not something you can expect from such reputed company. They told me lies to get my to open an account and later refused to keep up their promise. I want my promise to be fulfilled or my account to be closed.

This firm just like other firm but other firm updates there mobile trading app as per requirement particularly index trader requires realtime index on screen on mobile. Despite being a major brokerage firm they could not find this short comming in their trader app.

Worst service. CDSL debit charges very high. They charge 59 ruppe as CDSL charge when you sell your share.
You cannot withdraw whole amount from your trading account. You must have to keep 1000 in their trading account always which is against sebi order which says that broker cannot held even single ruppe of client in his trading account.
Ledger entries is weird, you will see lots of debit and credit which will confuse you.
