I am trading margin plus in icicidirect.com. I have lost much money due the web site problem and even we canot access their site for more the 5 minutes.
Its very important that whenever i am geting some profit from margin plus and automatically some unautorised loss which is 95% of my profit is debited from my acount.
So be aware of icici fraud, cheating technology software.
My advice is not to open an account in icicidirect due to so many unautorised trades of losses.
Please tell me where to complaint the broker's fraud. Please give this thing to nse and bse exchange to control the cheating of brokers.

Motilal is one of reputated broker in Indian Stock market. I have never face any problum in trading with MOSL. I earn money through MOSL in last 3 months in bearish face of market. In Jan when most of the broker unable to buy shares that time MOSL are do buy on behalf of client who have credit balance with them. but any other place no buying was allowed to anyone. Thanx to MOSl

The worst service and the worst Customer Service ever seen.
With Motilal Oswal Iam sure you are going to loose all your money. Moreover the online system has many security lapses.

thank god you have not opened your trading/demat account after seeing there advertisement,count your blessing and thank your stars MOSL is 100 times better than r mo0ney in every dept excluding there customer care service (it takes minimum 10 minutes for call to go through but your mobile bill go on ticking ha do not ever think of calling R MONEY for off net trading (assisted)there help line number they make you wait for 10 or more minutes and after taking there sweet time they charge u rs 12 too and your mobile bill extra. i have trading ac in both MOSL and R MONEY

Motilaloswal broker was the slowest,inaccurate and and confusing.Share purchased not shown.Line is inefficient.But is improving since two days.No instruction for BNST.

I am doing online trading with Motilal oswal.recently without alloting money(one can not buy shares onine without alloting money) they bought 50 shares of SUZLON and forced me to pay the amount by holding NTPC shares which i bought a day before.calls to local office isirresponsible.Alloting shares though it is T+2 days it happens at its own time.No control.Digital contract note also does not come regularly.

I have a few questions for you guys.

1)Why is the cut off time 3:10 when the market is on till 3:30?

2)Why does you system wait to square off the position after the cut off time?

3)Why does your system always square off a clients position (short or long)in a loss?

4)Does your company try to make MONEY on a clients open positions?

5)What kind of a opreation are you guys running out there with such poor customer service,dial and trade phone lines and online trade system (Bolt).

To conclude I would like to say your company is a RIP OFF and you have lost a client who used to pay your organisation 20000.00 in brokerage every month.Your organisation follows unethical business practices.

motilal oswal is disappointing. we opened two demat a/cs with sbi and trading a/cs with motilal in april07. till date its not functional due to tech glitches. then we went to hdfc securities and everything worekd from the very start! like a breeze!! hdfc is v.v.good. they r a bit expensive but extremely professional. extremely. kindly post yr comments. thx.

i have a dmat and trading ac with u. but i understand that u do provide tips on cell, some how u have not being giving these tips on my cell? why this stepmotherly treatment?
secondly u havent even bothered to send me the booklet giving details of procedure for on line trading, please send a booklet immediately and oblige as i am new to the gammut of trading.
what is the minimum that should be kept with u for on line trading? i understand that sherekhan gives four times of the balance maintained with them, what about MOS.

After opening the account with you at Delhi we are worried due to the situation that we are facing. I mean that no one in Delhi Office is attending our queries or providing helping hand to us. Therefore we are facing lot of problems in opening the terminal & we are not recieving any kind of required information from Delhi office. We are intrested in intra-day trading but we have no reliable information or any advice which was promised by the employee of your estimed concern.
