i have an demat a|c with pratik investmets(ptk17931) i am active daily trader.i am not satisfied with the above mentioned broker.and you have charged rs. 2343.on200800021485 pl.refund the amt.otherwise i have to take up the matter with sebi.

DURING FUND TRANSFER A MESSAGE APPEATS "E-BROKING REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE,PLEASE CONTACT BRANCH" WHILE CONTACTING BRANCH THEY SAY IT IS REGISTERED. SO I AM BEING HARRASSED FROM FIVE MONTHS,IS THIS THE WAYS PROVIND SERVICES TO CUSTOMER,A FIT CASE FOR CONSUMERS COURT.

MY AC NO ESBI-153905,I SUCCESSFULLY LOGIN TO MOSL FROM SEPTEMBER 08,BUT WHILE MAKING TRANSACTIONS/ALLOCATE FUNDS A MESSAGE APPEARS THAT- E-BROKING REGISTRATION NOT AVAILABLE,CONTACT BRANCH. ON CONTACTING BRANCH I AM SUGGESTED TO CONTACT MOSL FOR MAPPING, THEREFOR I AM BEING HARRASSED FROM A LONG TIME WITOUT MY FAULT.FURTHER I AM UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD JVM

Motilal Oswal Have good service.
I am Using it from last one year.
Fund transfer are fast,
In last year I just 2 times face problem in fund transfer due to server delay of SBI .

Brokerage is to much.............

According to my knowledge their trading platform and their services to customers are good but i feel a strong weakness in them that is, their commission rates are very high both in intra day as well as delivery.

My client code :E50319.I Received your statement of p/l account and f&o accounts.I want know abount my aqurate loss amount.According to your p/L account statement RS.3117550/- loss showing.Accoring to my statement RS.5317500/- amount is my payment amount.What about my balance amount.You please inform me Brokekage charge,stt,service Tax and transfer charges.This records i have to submite commisiner of income tax office in bangalore.Thats why i want clear records.

I HAVE A DEMAT ACCOUNT WITH YOU. WHILE ALLOCATE FUNDS MEANS TRANSFER OF FUND FROM BANK ACCOUNT TO TRADING ACCOUNT AFTER SUBMITTING MY ID AND PASSWORD OF BANK ACCOUNT I AM GETTING THE MESSAGE 'YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCOUNTS TO PERFORM THIS OOPERATION.PLESAE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH.
I HAVE GOT TRANSFERED MY ACCOUNT FROM INDORE TO HAMIDIA ROAD BHOPAL AND THE SAME HAS BEEN ADVISED TO YOU VIDE MODIFICATION FORM THROUGH THE BRANCH OF STATE BANK OF INDIA .

I had a very bad experience with Motilal Oswal. If u will have any query there will be none to answer. Fram last 5 months Iam not able to acess their website. I had even send many queries regarding the website. But, they didnt reply.

Hey divesh I also faced same problem.
Check the recommended settings. Disable Java VM and enable Microsoft VM. Restart ur machine . It should work.
