Services and hopes unsatisfactory and unfaithful, first staff guide me to purchase the TCS software costing 29500/- and they inform me that they do the workings/transactions on behalf me and promise me that monthly average minimum Profit of Ten to twenty five thousands. And also told that they are having marketing experts, take care about minimum returs. But after purchasing the software They told m to investment of 15000/- that also I invested app 18000/-, but not Profit /returns, the AGM who promise the minimum returns, left the company no response from others. So be careful investment and software purchase. Some staff of customer care / advisors contacts me, they take care but response and next time another person calling and telling any other stories. Useless and unfaithful service. This is big orgnisation how many people cheated these type I don’t know. Soft Cheaters

The Advisor misguide us and nmake your fund commpilty nil they not at all trustworthy .their information is good for nothing.

Had a very bad experience with motilal Oswal mutual fund,when I phoned their helpline for redemption status was told not to phone on helpline but to send a mail to their customer care,, unfortunately the reply received to my mail was that the mail is not from my registered mail id ,, other'fund houses reply to mails instantly or give redemption status on their helpline,,,this fund house is not at all investor friendly,their care representatives lack customer friendly approach, never shall invest in this fund house

Absolutely right, cheat company and they trap new comers. They will advise for poor investment just to make their brokerages.
You end us loosing your hard earned money and then pay them for additional brokerages. Double loss

Very poor service, They will keep chasing and disturb you to the core to invest and if you have query then they do not have time.

very bad and poor system plus client support , After one holder death to transfer account from Joint to single holder takes 2 months which is normally done in 3 days , very poor support of client, rude staff and no process set up .. Sad such big name with poor service.

Very worst company , nobady response our our phone call, also your money can not withdrawn. I am trying withdrawn since last three days i am unableing withdrawn my money also i am trying to my adviser and call to 02262126661 many person speek to me but nobady give solution. very worst application. please anyboady dont invest this application.

Bouncers appointed by Motilal Oswal phone as Fedex agents to trick you with oarcel scam.Their agents phone you as Recovery agents of Utkarsh Bank etc.

Do not go for motilal oswal if U want to trade in commodities.
They say they charge high brokerage because they give live markets calls.
Actually Im trying their calls from last 1 month & they just give fake calls in order loot the brokerage.
If U can read charts do go for angel one or zerodha whose brokerage charges are 60% less than motilal commodities.

Do not open account with them. First their charges are very high, then they says they are known for research and provided good calls and thus they says be a prime customer (forgot exact name) by depositing ₹10,000 which will be used in brokerage only. Then you will find that their research team are worst in the word even a newbei can make better calls. they made me loss approx ₹ 25,000 within one month by giving most of the time faltu (pure loss making) calls with higher brokerage (options). they make you loss in deliver, intraday everything. Though i am a newbei i am in profit ₹ 14,000 in one month for my own calls. better i have maintain a track of their and mine calls separately.
Lastly dont fall prey to MO loss making services limited.

How to close Motilal Oswal demat account

I traded under many brokers but never these type of cheap and shameless broker. Every broker grow when their client grows and stay supportive when client faces loss. In share market when I faced a huge loss that time they charged more than my loss amount. While asking they never solved the issue and no brokerage was refunded.

Brokerage: 50,000


Please avoid this broker. its a third class brokerage company

Motilal Oswal are a bunch of frauds who keep on calling to convince you to participate on F&O trading. The advisors of Motilal Oswal never reveal what total loss can go and don't follow the given instructions . Sometimes the advisors even participate in F&O trading even without taking consent.

Motilal Oswal advisors call from personal mobile to convince you as make false commitments as the line is not recorded. Later they call from the recorded line and asked the customer to yes.

Motilal Oswal complaint process is a bullshit and they never agree how their advisors lie to customers and make illegal transactions to your account.

Same experience here. They do trading in F&O without sharing the total loss that can go including every charge. Sometimes they make unauthorized trading as well without taking consent.
