I talk with both franchisee and company customer support of motilal, and company customer support said that if i open demat account with franchisee, company customer support can''t help me if i want to take advice of company or need some help of company, cause they don''t have authorisation to see customer''s details on franchisee''s server. so i can''t understand what to do? if i cant reach my franchisee, so should have option to call company. and there is no option to call company , if you go with franchisee. why? I am confused.
Before opening of account with motilal oswal Jalgaon, representative doesn''t tell me about minimum brokerage. I had asked them many times, is there any other charges except 0.25% brokerage. They firmly tell that if you buy share worth of Rs. 1000 you will charge brokerage of Rs. 2.50 only and other security tax etc. But after account (JAL3554) opened with MOTILAL OSWAL i have purchased dish tv shares of Rs. 85.95 of 4 quantity. They 2.5% brokerage).
Nothing is good in Motilal Oswal. Their technical analysis team is worst without any basic knowledge. Just learnt that what ever analysis they make you just have to take the opposite position. Brokerage is high. Worst customer relationship officers. App doesnt work most of the times and shows different amount in your account most of the times. Eg. Previous night if its showing 50k next day it shows only 48k making you ponder what happened to the 2k which you will never understand.

Worst service.... They are not even letting me close my accounts. They are not responding to my calls nor to my mails. Please beware of this and never invest through motilal. Have had the worst experience in my life. They call you every day and convince you to invest, they make money in brokerage and make you lose money and once you lose money and want to close your account they wouldnt let you close your accounts. Looks like a big fraud company.
I have still not received any calls from them. I guess they just send out system generated message without any intention of resolving the issue. I am closing down the accounts in Motilal Oswal and start trading on my own with low brokerage houses like either Upstock, Zerodha. Why should we let them make money out of our losses. Once the customer base starts eroding they will learn the lesson. Guys i also request you to close down your accounts if you have the same opinion like me.
Customer Support is alright. But the trading calls which they give are very poor, No one can make profit from them. And the brokerage Charge is also too high.
Motilal oswal is the worst. Client customer relationship manager doesnt have any idea. At the Beginning they claim 85% stock tips accuracy but the accuracy i am getting is not even 5%. They just give some tips which never works out. They just want the customer to do trading helping them to earn some brokerage n feees. Below are my ratings. Customer service is excellent.Miss Meghna Gupta is doing excellent job I am facing lots of problem as my account is under franchise. High brokerage eating my profit.In equity future segment it is .08%...My client code NVS 4020.Thinking to stop trading due to high brokerage
