High Brokarage & unbelivable beheviour to reduce the brokreage.

Dear All,

I suggest you to not to open account with Motilal Oswal, I have been operating with them for more than 10 years and was not checking charges vert actively, but recently when I checked detailed reports, to my shock, they charge such a high brokerage, brokerage charged by them is simply un reasonable.

Your RM and customer care, they are the worst I have ever experienced, even govt customer care services scores much higher that yours.
MO customer care executives, they will start shouting on you on a very first conversation.

I am looking to shift from this broker, I am mainly looking for broker who can operated at good brokerage in options.

Kindly suggest.

Want to transfer my accounts from one franchise to another and MOSL doesn’t help u .I am written so many emails and doing phone calls but the MOSL team doesn’t help u .They don’t even bother to respond to ur emails.There franchise MR Manish asking for 6000/- rs to transfer the accounts what the shit it is.I have a very bad experience with MOSL.Never open an account with MOSL there customer support is very poor

I am senior citizen and I just do option trading to pass my time. Your brokerage is very high.Just for trial I did same trades which I did with another reputable brokerage firm and to my surprise the brokerage charges were less than half as compared with you. I HAVE BEEN TRADING WITH MOSL FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS ON VARIOUS OF MY FAMIL MEMBERS.For example my per lot brokerage including all taxes is more is more than RS 100.in option trading.Kindly give me the details so that I can decide whther to stay with you. In any case I would like to continue with you but you must help taking into consideration I am very old senior citizen. While on the subject I was not given any incentive for opening account like free brokerage for one month.I have lot of contacts and can promote MOSL. Please reply early.

Motilal OSwal is only cheater. they charged you without your imagination, They provide you RM but of no use. They are expert in research but never recommends you on time. their recommendation always seen after 3 to 4 hour when market is about to close.
i just squire off all my position within one month and opt another brokare.

ITs all fake, what the brokerage charges they are including profits of 425 intraday and when bill comes it shows 230 only..means 195 are gone for taxes and brokerage. WHF ..i should recommend never ever to open account in this motilal company. idiotic person which give us false commitment before the opening of account

Motilal is a worst trading platform .Unprofessional staffs poor customer service.Whenever i call my advisor he is busy & they arrange a callback for me from the last month but till now no response. Never ever recommend Motilal to anyone its a fruad company

Motilal is worst trading site & their customer service is poor .Unprofessional executives really pathetic .Never ever go with motilal oswal . It s a fraud company .Never buy any MF SIP from them .Whenever i call my advisor he is busy & they arrange call back for me from the last but till now no response.Now i open demat with Zerodha really happy with their service & customer support .Want to close my account in Motilal.

MotilalOswal is the worst trading site. Their so called helpdesk is never reachable. Infinitely we have to still nobody picks. I want to withdraw my amounts, but there is simply no way to do it at all. I will never recommend Motilal Oswal to anybody. pathetic.

Loot macha rakhi hai brokerage ke naam per, customer care bahot hi sada hua, kabhi bat hi nhi ho pati

never ever go for motilal oswal. it is a money sucking company and u will never gain in this company. i lost more than 12 lac in this hopeless company. look for zerodha and samco for discount broking company and angel for best brokerage and best leverage facility. in angel one can hold shares on leverage for n number of days provided VaR margin is maintained unlike motilal n other firms where leverage is given only for T+5 days.
MOSL gives all recommendations on stocks which hit 52 weeks low. even a small kid will tell that stock price will move up after hitting 52 week low n all time low.

keep away from this fraud company and advise ur friends and relatives not to invest in this money sucking / blood sucking company.

worst brokerage firm. it should be the last option. there are many like serodha, angel broking , samco, RKSV etc whih provide very good service

customer service is very poor. do not respond properly. almost zero communication from MOSL for any query. no help or advice from MOSL. wrong recommendations.
