Sir, I have lost Rs.82000 due to the mistake of RMS in Motilal Oswal. I had taken a futures of Sun Tv and there was a shortage of margin which I got an sms on friday to pay or else they would square of the position on monday. I transferred the money on saturday, but still they have squared off the position. When I called them they said that I have to transfer to F&O section, but I had transferred to cash section. Also while opening account , they said that the AMC for first year will be free, but they have debited my account. I had called the executive many times, but he hasnt reversed the same.

Dear sunil, Company is providing limit for buying or selling any contract(equity &FNO) but you need to hold such amount of margin for further carry.If RMS coming on Friday that means you got mail and massage on Friday for the same. On Friday before 3.30 u need to square off the position else need to transfer the same.After 5pm they will block your account for RMS selling,hence if you transfer after 5pm they will not consider your amount and RMS will take action.
I want to know pofit/loss statement everyday. But there is no option for this. no have account summary. how to know what is my balance. But Executive and other service is very good and very useful for me.
I am suprised about your Tax deduction and charges. When i profit 300-400 that time actual i get -22 Rs. Really great. And your service provider all time call to me to sell this stock and purchase new one.
How manytime i book my loss? please explain me with details.
Rates are not as per commitment at time of account opening; the employee offered me 1 paisa 10 paisa charge and 5 year free on Approx.490 charge but after opening this up to 1 year the charge was as per their default and 490 was annual charge they just make u turn.; not hearing complains done.

Charging interest on amount of shares purchased even when you piad cheque when purchase order placed, minimum charge per order is 20 rupees.

The MO App is absolutely riidculous- cannot view investment, cannot place orders, keeps crashing. Customer servicing is another area which needs significant improvement. The representatives are not to keen to understand the problem and give standard replies everytime.
Very slow response time. There have been times where my email has not even got any response.
I am struggling with the same thing since months which has been communicated to several people in the mutual fund- IT and operations team. Still has not been resolved.
Other than a handful of the reps, namely Kaushal Tandon from MF team and Piyush from IT,everyone else is rude, impatient and not willing to understand or even hear the problem.
I want to eventually work at motilal oswal, thus i opened an account here. However, trust me when i say this, i regret it on most days.
I hope atleast this feedback is taken into account.
