Motilal oswal provided very poor advisory services. I lost my 50 % money within 5 months only because of poor advisory provided by my advisory. He always misguide me and his call is 100% wrong. my adviser is Mahesh Jaishwal. I recommend to join motilal oswal firm to those people who want to loose their money in more faster and effective way.

MOSL Cheater and beggar. They are looting money with lots of hidden charges. People even dosen't check their ledger. If you see carefully there are multiple similar charges for monthly, quarterly and annually. I recommend don't go with MOSL.

When ever i email on query only reply i get is to go and talk to the franchise. If the query was resolvable by franchise why would i email in the first place. Unnecessary charges on the account all the time no proper reply
Immediately on account opening Motilal oswal debited my account with more than 210 rupees Still no explaination for the same Very high maintainence charges first they said its free for 1 yr but they are charging me heavily
Before opening and after a DEMAT ACCOUNT , the brokerage rates and AMC rate is changed. Before they told that AMC charges will be Rs 400 + tax, but now they are charging Rs 598 + Rs107 . Like this many changes before and after opening an account. Fed up with this motilal oswal..My id is MM6680174
i was using motilal oswal account before 1 year but in motilal brokerage rate is too much high i was request many times to franchiese to update brokerage but he have done only for 4 days so i am going to change my broker so call me if possible to update my brokerage

I also have a history of bad experience with their mode of establishing 'Customers' Relation'. First they will call you and will disappear thereafter. The staffs work for their own record and not for clients' good. Moreover the staffs also talk with the highest degree of arrogance as if they are the only broker operating in whole nation. The say one thing and will do one thing. If they debit your account with any untold charges or hidden items and no way it would be reversed or considered for any reconciliation. They need huge change in their attitude and approach. The should speak out the truth only, always.
Customer Satisfaction is lacking. Research team of Motilal Oswal is not up to the mark.. Have faced n number of losses through Mosl calls. Advisors are seemed to call the clients forcefully.

Sir, After seeing advertisement of Motilal Oswal Securitis on TV claiming 30 years of experience in stock Marketing, I got interested to invest my hard earned money in MOS to get better return. I called MOS representative and explained him that I am Sr. Citizen and do not know ABC of investing in shares/stock. Representative, assured me that, I do not have to worry, as fund adviser shall take care of selecting of shares/ trading and shall inform me of particular scrips he has invested and sold. This way I can get return from 25% to 50% in a year. Now, I am a shattered man. In six month my capital has been eroded 25% in one portfolio and about 65% in 2nd portfolio. I want Mr. Ramdev Aggarwal Ji, co-founder of MOS ,to look into it personally.
