one of the worst system i have ever seen. If you have any problem, we need to contact several people several times, what's app agent will give one number to contact to redeem your mutual funds from call and trade dept, they will say that, when i call them to know the reason, they will tell us to contact sutomer support, then they will give another number. finally customer care people will will take the details and disconnect the call. what kind of support syste, customer expect solutions from by one call by the time you provide the answer, losses may go anywhere, come on..

Fraud. They debited brokerage more than 10 times of the invested value in option (derivatives) and after many complaint on customer care and mails . Only received the reply the dealer will call you. But neither debited brokerage credited in my account nor dealer has called since last 6 days.
Hello. I have an query regarding MINOR DEMATE A/c. I have a Minor (son) Demate account in Kotak securities. While applying an IPO through KOTAK NET BANKING ASBA(MINOR BANK A/C), the pan number reflects in ASBA is FATHER PAN and not the MINOR PAN,where else in KOTAK SECURITIES (CLIENT MASTER LIST of MINOR) there the PAN Number is correct. Now my query is, If i apply an IPO for my self and for my minor son through asba(with different bank account), same PAN shows in ASBA. Is it both application will accepted.
