What makes Kotak Securities different from the competition?
The worse experience i had with these people. Over a period of 6 yrs i invested 4 L with this so called Securities. In total i received only 46000. Their office staff tells me that it was due to market fallen during Corona effect. There is no response to the emails. I feel like being cheated. Very disappointing service.
brokerage fee. irrelevant messages and emails 24*7. Relationship manager never bothers to talk on regular interval.

Third class BROKERAGE house. login issues are not solved in 10 days. Every time new person comes and asks for PAN, ADDRESS ETC. BUT RESULTS. TIRED OF THIS BOOLSHIT COMPANY.
The most horrible service ever. They have no understanding of how even a few days affects their customer because hello it's the market ?? Very unprofessional approach . Horrible horrible ! I am having a trading account no ETP Z0.On 26 th August 2020 i transferred Rs 30000/ only from my saving account in Kotak Mahindra Bank to trading account as i wanted cash in my ledger as i intended to purchase shares.But somehow i changed my plan and did not purchased any shares.I just now checked my ledger and i was shocked to see the amount is not there in my ledger . Kindly look into the matter urgently.Never believed such mistake can occur in Kotak Securities. An early reply would be highly appreciated.Thanks.
Kotak is tooo costly... in comparison to zerodha 5 paise etc.
