They charge higher. RM , backend staff , customer care officer are full crap. They even charge without trade.

Kotak securities services are now third class now . They charge heavy charges. Didnt response to customers from franchise end and customer care end immediately ,
Very bad dealers,unprofessional team of dealers who take leave now & then ,no follow up they say we are getting salaries no need for customers follow up,very poor escalation team,0 rating out of 10 plz don’t waste your money as brokerage rates are also high,unprofessional staff

The kotak applications on mobile & web is the worst i have ever used with other brokers. This application on mobile & web keeps logging off frequently and to realise its already logged off we have to watch the price movement and realise its not updating. Then for log in again re enter users id, password and then wait for receival of access code in mobile. Sometimes it takes such long time that you miss your trade or turn to losses as you were not able to square off your trade. Worst application. All other faults mentioned by other users too exists so i am not repeating the same.

Kotak Securities used to be my fav and extremely reliable till like 5-7 years back, since then neither the product nor the experience has improved, they seem to have a big product team but the product continues to be same stagnant, they havent changed or upgraded with time, One should use IIFL, Anand rathi as full service brokers for fantastic experience.

Used to be amazing years back, sadly as other brokers moved with time Kotak stayed behind the rest, it doesn't offer much 3rd party offerings either, don't know if they have a product team who actually uses other services in the market to see what's happening with time, their inhouse research is bad and so is that pathetic MarketsMojo offering. I'm happy with IIFL, they're superb would recommend everyone to try IIFL.

They say open your account and trade in 60 mins. Their staff member girl committed big blunders while opg account as a result it tool 6 days to open my account plus she by mistake took some other route which charged Rs.589/- instead of sero chg.
Tried logging first time, I am waiting for 5 mins the screen to appear which other competitor systems take few seconds.
