I HAVE A KOTAK SECURITIES ACCOUNT LINKED TO INDUSIND BANK. brokerage before levies is rs 201.65 .how can i sell this rate in intraday .plz solve my problem

My Clint id at Kotak is SM_NA_1994.as of my experience as customer i just want to say "Kotak is injurious for your financial health"

Before few days I filed up the form in order to open Demat with Kotak. Unfortunately they entered wrong e-mail id due to which I couldn''t get the half part of the password required for activation. However after I filed up new form with correct e-mail id, just before 4-5 days....till date my e-mail id is not yet updated....most interestingly branch person is confirming me that it''s already updated....
Lot of miscommunication....
Not able to activate my demat yet....
I don''t know how long I will have to wait...

i have an kotak security account I had relized that there are charges are from security side but also from demat side also, single transaction 31 rupees owwwwh. I had shocked ,I had free demat plus treading account but later on charging the demat fee 31 per single transaction . so I also had icici demat plus treading account it is also worst incase means kotak and icici are brothers but kotak security experience is very poor,so for this I am closing this account ASAP.

All review are right dont open an account in kotak securities nd dont open account in kotak bank. This bank is begger nd chor bank which customer care is also chargeble nd the charges are too high as compared to other securitie nd there customer care I dont ever express their service mind blowing u speak but they not listen nd hold ur phone nd cut ur phone after 15 min nd u also loss ur phone balance such a bank which frustrate custome salute the person who develop such a chor bank in india for lotto indian customer rupees

Today I call customer care 3 times nd they put on hold for seprately 15 min each nd dont know my question answer nd cut phone after hold nd my 60 rs balance cut from my account I dont express my frustration about kotak bank nd secuities nd I shout on me for the time when I open an Account in such a f**k off banking.

Kotak is best then sbi cap

The company as a whole has many hidden charges to name few .. They will charge scipt charge rs1 .. Apart from the various charges which has been paid upon trading include the buying and selling both .
They gave wrong Info as well as offer which they don''t itself dream of providing to the customers .. These companies should be handle strictly by the nse or sensex. As we the trader belong to one of the few segment of the business which pays tax as it is without any negotiations.. My suggestion to the investor are to record or get an affidavit done by the representative So that he cannot bully u

exactly very poor service from kotak security demay ac. many hidden charges r there. the employee wont tell u all the thing at the time of opening this ac. very high charges.

waste of time and money . better option discount brokers.

In addition to ALL Brokerage, STT, Service Tax etc) there is an ''unknown'' "Other Charges" that is being charged for the last 7 months. Kindly explain this ambiguous "Other Charges" that u guys are charging.

This is not charged by any other brokerage therefore I am strongly thinking about switching over and advise at least 5 of my friends to do the same.

To much hidden charges and brokerage percentage changes without any notifications and not at all user friendly with customers.

The customer service to the dealing deck of kotak securities have very little know how of their clients. ot was only on the goodwill of the kotak bank thati opened an trading account with them and very disappointed

they wil not provide such facility as customer will realize how they are getting cheated. They charge for buy/sell/AMC and that ridiculous DP charge.
I just checked my a/c and found they more or less) and in addition i paid them rs 1634 as DP charge. mind it they already charged me for buying those share and all the other hidden charge the claim. Also I suspect they have charged me for the sell i made in the january month.
I asked then to close my a/c today. feeling cheated .. i didnt realize that they were looting me.

Kotak ki brokerage bahot hi mahange hai.....inke saath to chote traders to trading kar hi nahi sakte......agar hum log kisi stock pe 10 se 20 profit lekar bahar aa bhi jaate hai to hume kuch profit nhi hota hai......ye tumhare hi level brokerage chargescki vajah se......
