Worst broakerage plans, so costly

In all respect, no knowledge, no further phone calls, no senior mgt reply. No service at all.
Only charging money and service is absent totally.
they must close the shop instead of looting Indian citizens.

CEO must be ashmed for her staff who donoy wish to work, rather take salary only sitting at office, even do not pick the phone.

Charges are hefty. If you do transaction of 100000 you are paying 750 Rs as charges. If you want to sell with 5% profit. You will pay total commission of Rs. 1500. You made a profit of 5000 and paid commission of 1500. Ultimately it turns out to be 30% commission of profit made. If you invest 100000 and stock appreciates by 5% naturally you will like to book the profit since 5000 is a good amount for short term trading.

ICICI direct is a LOOT site cheating customers with hidden charges but do not disclose at the time of signing new account.

The biggest cheater of all DEMAT sites in india is ICICI, they get their revenue by defrauding clients not from business. Serviec is extremely poor, nobody picks the phone nor they have any deep knowledge on trading. Only superficial knowledge on few companies. the advisor even cannot ealborate what a blue chip company is.

Never get engaged with ICICI trading. Wishyou the best with even private small trading firms.

You can take prepaid brokerae pack and reduce your ur brokerage singnificantly. Its valid for 15 years. The higher package u take the less u pay. The amount is debited in advance for the pack, Like if u pay and take 50k pack the brokerage reduces to .25 for delivery. Still i didnt find it much useful to pay such big amount in advance.

Well apart from brokerage charges everythings fine and u can do things seamlessly liek apply for IPO Well not to talk about RM and customer service they will just Pester to meet u but only for their gains.They wll harass u to any extent to meet u and make u invest in ici pru life policies or mutual funds.Answer a firm no if u dont want.Or some MF advised r good actually.In my case my RM advised me against investing in a banking MF though i did on my own n voila iam sittin on a profit on 3k. How i wish i had invested more against his advice.
