Brokerage is very high for small retail investors. Customer services not encouraging.

Very high Brokerage and comparatively 'misleading' customer service/advises by their 'relationship advisers. Software is good.

Icici brokerage is very good untill you have not used Zerodha.

I have trading account with icici direct from last 11 years but I am released that I had committed mistake. It's online platform is very good and efficient but brokerage, AMC charge and other charges are extremely high. They used to increase charge any time without giving prior intimation.

You have been charging 975 fees for brokerage. When I had clearly said I don't require. And in the start u had offered free. What is the reason for charging such an amount every month.

Icici direct has fixed a brokerage on statistical analysis of all users and found the on average a client can make a profit of 0.75% on delivery and 0.0006% on intraday Margin+, and fixed such a brokerage which will ensure that all the money a client or trader makes will be given back as brokerage by him to icici direct. If the client makes losses on his trades he will vanish too. Another moolah will come in from the new batch of young trading community....the profit goes on and on.....

Very high brokerage. Initially they said they will charge very little brokerage which was 40 paisa per Rs.100 for equity but now it is around 75 paisa per Rs.100
