Each customer will tagged to one RO, ( but no information to customer, in case customer found his/her RO and try to connect , No/Poor response is receiving) 2.Visit ICICI Direct Office, you will hardly get help for any doubts in trading options /website usages etc.. 3.Once customer purchased any Bonds/FD , it is not reflecting in portfolio by default /Need to add manually with lots of confusion 4.Though charging highest brokerage in market, not reflecting same in service 5.Agents who visits ICICI Banks for Opening ICICI Direct are with 1/4 knowledge, and screws customer profile by submitting what ever they like for sake of their commission

I have an ICICI trading account for several years. I operate it every day. Now I find that after logging into the account, once you click, Equity, Demat: to see your holdings, a white screen appears and covers about 90% screen area. And you cannot do any transaction. Anybody is facing this problem? Any solution? Please help.
Dear Friends, if you want a peaceful life don't go for trading. ICICI direct one of the high brokerage firms and they won't give any valid service. If you count the people who suffered due to sharemarket most people from a big trading firm. Better away from trading or go for less brokerage... because they are not service providers they are looters.

I am a new user. Have ICICI direct account. I have purchase some shares thrpugh cash on 3rd april. Now how sell them as they are not even listing under holding or demat allocation. its appearing only undertrade.

Poor customer service. No one will respond to your queries, in many cases they will give you wrong information. Very poor platform. Research is ok but suddenly their recommendations will be taken down without any information. Unbelievably high brokerage.

Most of the profit is goes in huge amount of brokerage charged by the bank. There is no flat brokerage option so you bleed signification amount of money in big transactions.

Icici Direct worst trading platform. I placed an overnight cash buy order for 180 shares suven life science after some hours I got the message from icici Direct that Rs.25.85 was outstanding in your a/c as such yr order has been cancelled. My emails no use. Icici will never accept it's mistake.all the onus on the customer. ICICI GROUP MOTO --- CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG. ICICI GROUP HAMESHA DOODH KA DHULA.

PROS:- 3-in-1 trading account, hassle free transactions, access to all forms of investments including NPS,Bonds, NCDs etc, all statements readily accessible, most important of all are VTC orders which allow you to place order valid for 45 days and very useful for busy people who are basically investors, multiple price points can be set up in a single order, website is wonderful but takes time since so many features need to be learnt. CONS:- Customer service is the worst. If there is a discrepancy and you report it, you will get a perfunctory reply. They probably do not even read the email. They just cut, copy, paste some rule from the book. In case you have to follow up over days, then you have to explain everything again to a new person. They do not assign the problem to a single person. Finally, the brokerage has the habit of just removing stocks from trading without any intimation. So, if you are trading in illiquid stocks, then you will get stuck. Some well known stocks are also not available such as SPANDANA SPHOORTHY etc.

1. Brokerage is high as compare to other broker. As we know, larger client base must have lower brokerage. In order to susten in market , brokage should be less than 30 paisa. 2. Mutual fund service provided by most of the broker free from service chage. even direct mutual fund is giving through their portal free of cost. Why we pay fee , if it is free 3. Make every thing digital to reduce the cost. 4. As icicidirect is for invester, thus delivery based trade should be brokarge free. 5. As i know from my near and dear, they just shift to other broker just beacause of brokrage.
