I am a customer for more than 15 years. Now I am feeling that the brokerage is very high. If an order for a scrip is split into several orders, they levied brokerage for each order at 0.05 or 25 rupees minimum. So an order is compulsorily to be made above Rs. 5000 for each order otherwise we will bear the huge brokerage.But in Karvy, they will charge brokerage at 0.03 or Rs.25 minimum levied to one contract note which could contain several executed orders. This will facilitate for orders more scrips in a single contract note. Secondly I was debited some amount in the Infy buyback and Wipro buyback. But in Karvy they debited the amount for Infy buyback but subsequently reversed it. Because of brokerage and other charges I am now away from this and all my active transactions are in Karvy. Now I want to substitute a broker in the place of Hdfcsec, pl suggest a good broker levying less brokerage.

Very high costs, poor query resolution by support team, non transparency on fees. Only +ve is fast & reliable online order placing experience

As expected out of HDFC Securities, (which is tied up with HDFC Bank), the technological part, including but not limited to the web interface, mobile application, call trading, are top-notch and I personally never faced a problem while making any transaction. They offer every facility, feature and option that you may require while trading or investing. But all of this comes at a price, and that''s the problem with HDFCSec. AMC, brokerage and everything in between is quite high.

Worst Trading service provider. Though they are charging a huge amount for brokerage,they charge for depository charges also.The HDFC Securities branch managers are not that approachable and misleading.Stocks suggested by HDFC are not worth investing.

Their new website is horrible. A few buttons don''t even work. Not sure how did they launch new website without proper testing

really like the user interface of the trading account ... very crisp and gives a birds eye view of your portfolio... i also use kotak securities (which makes you a blind man with no view of anything whatsoever).

Poor Customer Service. Website shows office open on Saturdays but no body present in multiple office.

Hdfc security customer service is very poor.brokrage charges is high and hidden charges extra.they cut the amount in link saving account without customer,s permission and movement in shares prizes is also low.brokrage charges is almost highest .

I dad been with them for 11 months. All b & s). Actually it is not free but 6000.00/2500000=.24%. Thereafter .50%. No Candle stick, SMA, EMA, Financial ratio comparison. They using old TCS software. But financial dealing is clean as I am a HDFC bk customer. I never follow their technical stock advice except twice and I lost money. Their suggestion on fundamental stock never tallied with mine as I analyze stoc on 4 types of graphs and on 11 ratios. Best to avoid but it depends on individual discretion. I asked them to stop stop sending SS but in vain.

hello dear....see the brokerage of hdfc securities is 0.50% on delivery subjecting to min Rs. 25/- which ever could be more would be charged. I feel its pretty good. They have also come up with new system trading interface which quite better i guess... i do not trade much but i feel comfortable with such broker as their services seems good. i haven''''t tried out their recommendations though, but m a satisfied customer.
