I opened an account and deposited Rs 5000 and since then they are taking charges after charges. After every trade they are deducting money. I send closer forms 4 times to their address and raised complaint for immediate closing of account. But they are not closing the account and rather sending negative balance in the name of various charges. Do not open account with them.

Fyres is worst app I was added the amount in fyres app they deduct the amount without any reason and the amount is negitives i tried to ask support team but they were not responded..totally lost my investment amount
This is Fraud and create to cheat people, i was having account with Fyer a very fist days when i purchased under CNC they Sell my share without my permission and created loss to me

Fyers kindly clarify if this issue has been resolved people not finding money in their account is a serious issue..?? You should also have somebody on media helping people...your silence on issues will further raise questions on your credibility. You need to work extra to win public confidence. Ateast intract with public...silence on issues is not an answer but a problem.
The Fyers portal doesnot work at night. I tried between 11 PM till 7 AM, Not able to view the amount that I can withdraw. Total Amount and Withdrawable Amount figures are very misleading. 3 times I withdrew from the amount shown under Withdrawable Amount but they credited only part amount. These figures should show in real time not of past 24 hrs. Once the money ( part amount only ) got credited after a week. The processed amount never got credited in my bank account. It's more than 3 weeks that I have complained to them but nothing has been done so far. . Customer service is absolutely horrible and irritating. They don't even speak or understand simple English or Hindi. Don't even try to understand the issue and keep repeating policy and procedure etc. like a pre-recorded voice message. Don't understand the issue, put you on hold several times, not transferring the line to senior or supervisor or to a credible person who can resolve the issue. I guess they don't even have any such support staff at senior level. The website / trading portal has been designed in the way that only Fyers employees can run effectively because they know how stock market works. But it is used by an absolute layman who is not aware how to use the site. The site is absolutely NOT user friendly. I am completely fed up and soon going to change to a different Broker.

Even i faced problem on customer service. i wanted to add fno segment uploaded all needful docs still no reply,they rejected with no reason,even after asking they had no reason.
since 15 days before i submit to fyers team to change segment change of currancy but they not solve is this trading platform of stock market? always they lie and say wait and confirmation by our team than we will reply me but they are not reply me or response me last time they cant solve my converting possion of fno to margin since market close time @3.17 but no reply so this all fyers support team are not resposible platform of trading about all fyers charting trading and etc. are well and good but suport team are supported to client becoz they are lieyer

Fyers customer service is poor. Options delivery trades are mess. Delivery takes more than T+2 days. Doesnt let withdraw cash money when trade is open from margin money.

1. The best part is "Fyers Web" terminal. No brokers can beat it. 2. Equity Intraday Brokerage is still little higher side. 3. Worst Customer Support system. Requires substantial improvement. Creating ticket and closing the same without even resolving the problems became a phenomenon.

Not pay attention to their customer. Neither attend call of their customer nor respond the mail of customers. I am unable to sell my holdings. For the last fifteen days I am trying to contact them but my call is always kept for long long waiting. A week ago I sent a mail to them to address my issue immediately.They only issued ticket ID but one week has gone but they did not bother to contact me or to resolve my issue. Because of this I am suffering a lot & loosing market opportunities.

FYERS is useless app, very slow and not useful for day trading. Stop looting customers those who open account where you guys tell all charges are waived, then trap them with debit note. Cheaters in fyers team. I have used the chart of fyer for some time, very slow does not refresh, delayed by atleast few minutes inspite of having 200 mbps optic fibre net. Be honest, learn from big guys like zerodha. Atleast few important requirement of new traders if you guys meet would be great. Shamelessly dont rob people. Your support team is dummy bunch of jokers where they dont respond to any mails.

Fyers is my 6th brocker....In my experience only Zerodha is better than Fyers. Fyers Trading Platform far better than Zerodha. So far I am 100% satisfied with Fyers.
fyers web platform sucks even with high speed connections, terminal hangs during price spikes, causing delay in executing orders, fyers one platform is most pathetic platform with frequent disruptions

Guys save your self. This fyers broker is the worst. The UI sucks big time The support team is not at all supportive I had to follow up with them 10 times to get my account closed. They did not have hedge benefits in place They messed up big time on 21 december. They messed up GST collection for Jan and Feb month. All in All not a broker that you want to trade with.
They do not take any responsibility after opening the account. Customer service is pathetic. They never call back after a support ticket is opened. Responses given by different team members are inconsistent. There is no escalation process. Support tickets remain open for weeks and sometimes months with no follow up or closure. Team members keep changing and they was their hands off issues using that as an excuse. Processes are broken. They only say they'll call back, with no response for weeks & months.

1) Charts are good. 2) Apart from Point #1, nothing is good. You can expect glitches any time during market hours and during even off market hours also. 3) Be ready for any platform freeze/not working anytime and thus losses as a result. 4) TOP CLASS customer service that, you have to forget about customer experience. They don't even care about you. You won't get any respect from the team. They'll treat you like a beggar, begging at their office. This is their attitude right from the top of pyramid (CEO) till the bottom of pyramid.
