So much hidden charges. In their offer they said with Margin Trading customer could invest 4x of ledger balance with 320 days of validity. I tried Margin Trading and after two months I found that they charged 11000 rs in two months. Also sold shares from holding without informing me which overall costs me 35000 rs loss.

The worst broker I have ever used. The TX3 terminal never takes SL order placed and you ultimately turn into a loss due to their software issue. Also their terminal gets jammed in the morning sessions which is very much common. Their executives are all dumb and without brains. They never know their own edelwise answers if you ask them any questions or queries.

Poor Research with high level of Charges in every thing.
Improve on customer service. Don't treat the customers as fugitives.

The worst broker i have ever come across. Least bothered about customers. I am trying to open an account since 5 days now and every time they take the details and tell we will let get back to you. I am waiting to get an call from them. Approval process is gone for toss. I have tried ways to reach the broker. Yesterday they said the application is rejected, reason is mismatch in proof and mismatch in proof for not one all the proofs. I have demat account with other firms and no one would like to be treated as Fugitive as they are trying. Trying to submit all documents but they're least bothered to call back and even talk on call. fedup with this.. there might be better broking firms then this.

Their product as well as customer service is very poor. They will be behind you until opening of account then they will not even respond on their helpdesk email. Their intention is doubtful. They insist for POA . To achieve this they will ensure that you cannot set up transections to be able to sell securities through CDSL ( Easiest login).
I contacted Edelweiss Securities/Broking Ltd in July2020 for an investment plan on a specific safer fund but I ended up getting defrauded by Edelweiss frauds with well planned. Lodged a complaint with SEBI also and it is still uncared for. Edelweiss frauds are being accused for following reasons as those are my transactions since July till date and suggest to deal with Edelweiss frauds carefully or evenbetter not to do business with them to avoid getting cheated!
1. Defrauded me on availability of stocks (I deposited funds in their account only when edelweiss confirmed availability. But it wont take 2 months to confirm as no-stock again and till then keeping my funds in their account simply)
2. Non-transfer of shares to me (as their intention was to keep my funds with them for 2 months and not investing)
3. Non-receipt of my refund in acceptable time (cant imagine no correspondence from them whatsoever in those 2 months and upon no-stock they havent immediately refunded my funds either)
4. Loss of my own income/interest (edelweiss silently kept my transferred fund for 2 months for nothing but they are actually earning interest on their side in their account over my deposited funds and I could have invested somewhere else in that time)
5. Wrong intentions of conducting transactions(no regulated financial firm should keep unaccounted money in their account for 2 months)
6. Negligence of grievance redressal and no accountability of investors loss (it has been 2 months follow up by me and approx. one more month by SEBI also. and unnecessarily made me to contact all their support/management levels even to get my own refund)
7. Falsified responses to SEBI (as if no-stock is the reason and as if they in contact with me to compensate my loss etc but it is all fabrication)
SEBI has given license and regulations to edelweiss to conduct financial business. But we dont think all the above constitutes of doing a business with regulations. Edelweiss doesn't seem to give a damn to resolve the concerns responsibly and take accountability for all the above and "compensate my financial loss" due to the way they conduct business without regulations.
This one of the worst ever company I deal with, totally frauds filled with. I have raised complaints on cheating and misguided me by his employee, during in covid time made me loss of 2lks plus. Now nobody is even responding. First nag you like hell to get some of the products once their monthly targets achieved thats it. They dont even care you exist or not , 100rs 200rs profit and all they make you execute the orders just get brokerage. Overall if you see the balance sheet will ended up in loss only.

this is the worst and pathetic broker i have ever come across . Its been 1 week i am trying to reach their customer care. No one picks up the call. No one will revert to your mails.

customer service is absolutely hopeless. Since nearly last 9 years my brokrage was 20 paise & 2 paise for delivery & intraday. But without any information they have increased it to 45 paise & 4.5 paise . I am thinking to shift to any other DP as in this time of competition, increasing of brokerage is absolutely "decision without thinking"

Advisor hide some plans detail , never wants to settle your a/c, that is not fair trade practice.i am waiting to settle my a/c last six months. No body is serious there that is very painful for customer.
