My client code 60271489 opened account on 01/10/2019 by choosing Lite plan Rs 10 per trade. Started trade on 03/10/2019 Five to eight intraday trade done with total turn over Rs 70,000 approx. At night contract note received Rs 525 debited as brokerage.They charged Rs 25 as min brokerage i shocked. i complained sales person and mailed to helpdesk to rectify my brokerage plan but a weak over not respond from them. . I think edelwise advertising with a wrong information and misguide trader. My advise donot go with them.

As per complained dated 09/10/2019 my brokerage plan rectified. But waiting for excess brokerage reversal. Now facing problem with account ledger book every time it is showing value 0000. I can not understand how to know my ledger transactions. Customer support not respond my quiries. So pl help me, CL code 60271489.
They have a pathetic service. They will commt discount brokerage rates but wil charge exhorbitant brokerage arbitrarily. Their RM untraceable but will ring from unknown number if u dont trade for few days. I applied for closure of account but they didnt transfer my securities to new a/c even after 40 days. They are really worst in every sense. I am calling daiy twice to close my a/c but in vein

They are liars. While a/c opening their rep Mr. Mohit committed discount brokerage rates. Later when I checked rates in my profile section it was very very high. I called their rep and he told me that it will be corrected but t never happened. Ther RM is also not traceable on cell. Their customer car on phone is not responsive neither ther helpline over e mail. Truely bad. Never try otherwise u will waste ur time. They are charging 30p in equity and Rs.75/- per lot in FnO while they p[romised to charge 1p (euity delivery) and Rs.5/-(in F n O)

The Charges in the account are more than what expected at the initial. I personally request concerned authorities to reduce the brokerage burden so that I can start the intra-day trading and placing the orders at low profit margins.

It's horrible.. they have simply charged money even if I didn't use their platform .. moreover they cost a bomb anyway

customer care service is poorest then even telecom sector, customer can not check the service charges brokerage charges details at his login and what type of plan of demat account he is using no idea. when you ask for details your personal advisor never give proper info. many other issue i have faced.

They r charging me Rs.30/- per lot per leg of option , I approached them to reduce the brokerage to Rs.20/- per lot per leg but the are so adamant that the r ready to leave the client and the business from the client but will not reduce it to Rs.20/- per lot. I think it is just bad business policy. Because of long association I was biased about Edelweiss but their current policy is forcing me to select other broker because their brokerage amount is eating maximum of my profit.
I applied for closure of my D/Mat A/C No/Trd A/C No-31901055 in your Amritsar franchisee giving five applications last year. Ultimately wasting a lot of time and charging AMC for next year I was informed that my A/C was closed & shares transferred to Sharekhan Ltd.Now I am being reminded by your DP to submit Adhar Card.It clearly ascertains that my A/C has not been closed permanently.It is the most intolerable behavior of the co.If I am reminded again I will complain to The SEBI/min of Co. affairs.Really you co. is not worthy of association in the future.
Collect advance brokerage amount through their plan. What about refund of the same if I abruptly decided not to trade with Edelweiss for some reason or the other, as I have done for now. RM does not contact for solving problem. Shameful!

Edelweiss does not support GTC orders on equities; the information on is misleading. Moreover edelweiss does not support applying IPO online through it''s website; you''ll either need to visit their branch or apply through your bank through ASBA.
poor follow up & CUSTOMER SERVICE.BEHAVIOR of staff is not friendly (poor)

i am trading right now they are deducting the profit . and i did not the demo of software after various request and after submitting the docs my f&o is not active after 1 month period.

If you want relationship wth him then continue with edeilweiss otherwise no need to work.i am also used edeilweiss in starting and my first demat account in edeilweiss.but after sometime I switched to zerodha and I saved my big money in brokearge.if you confident to get 3 to 10 point in every script in intraday so no need to change.but if you working in small target like 0.50 to 1 rupay then switch to zerodha and save your brokerage.worst broker.they earn but you cant earn by them.go with sasonline or zerodha or any discount broker but leave this immitiately because they charge on% basis and nothing special provide.i first open in sharkhan after 2 month I open in zerodha and I saved lots of money and start earning.and rest is your desition.wisdom capital and rksv is also good.i am using zerodha.
1 lakh turnover edeilweiss charge 50 ruppes
and
1 lakh turn over zerodha charge 30 rupees brokeage
so you saved 20 ruppes and same as in mcx commodity market.margin is also provided but no delivery margin provided
They collect commission in advance, but provide very very poor quality of service. They do not even give delivery slips which is a must under SEBI guidelines. Do not deal with the firm.
