Edelweiss Broking: My experience and how I am harassed by them...... read on... If you have no other issues and you want trouble in your life, then I think, you can go to Edelweiss. After going to Edelweiss, am sure, you will feel that sitting at home without any investment was a better option. I have been cheated and made to suffer losses. My account and holding has not been transferred for several days; you may break your head, they are not bothered. Even an escalation to MD or top management doesn't matter. I am sure, you will continue suffering endlessly. Still you want to go to them, only God should come down and help you.
The worst airline service to date. Alongside Swiss denied boarding via Switzerland to Serbia due to made up reasons which didn’t comply with the official government statement. Worst of all, after providing all documents with further bookings and with new tickets after boarding denial the customer service delivered even worse service by claiming that it’s our responsibility to check all needed documents (regardless of the fact that we’ve posted three different flights, government regulations, flat bookings etc). It is hard to describe a worse case, Ryanair seems like a Dream airline comparing to this utter rubbish.

Worst Service. No Customer Care Officer/Executive Contacts. They will deduct ledger randomly without notifying and will purposely delay the settlements and fund withdrawal. Please do not open your DMAT with Edelweiss. Very diappointing services. Illiterate customer care executives. They will ask same questions that we ask them.

Too much poor edelweiss RM conditions . Approx 5000 rs charge cut from my account due to mistake of RM mr swaraj singh. Continue follow from last 1 month to revert for my fund but customer care say that talk to your RM and RM not picking phone. Now need to raise issue in consumer court

Edelweiss broking is a cheater. Initially I was operating this account on my own. Later one of their advisors from Pune branch contacted me claiming that he will make money for me. He used to provide me useless tips in order to increase trade volume and mint brokerage. I lost more than 1 Lac with their useless tips. When I realized this and wanted to close my account, they used some or the other ways to delay my account closure and used to charge me monthly DMAT charges. When I stopped paying their DMAT charges, they liquidated one of my bonds to recover the money. Very frustrating experience with Edelweiss Broking. Please do not get into their trap.

Third class services, unprofessional people. Completed the account opening process, did not got any account no or reference number, called helpline no, the executive told their acct opening team will contact me, I also complained on the helpdesk portal got reply that they called me, but infact I neither received any call nor miscall from them. I again complained on the helpdesk, now they have even stopped replying. I would recommend chittorgarh.com to remove Edelweiss from their suggestion, Edelweiss is not worth dealing with. They are creating mockery of the customers

Customer service very poor ,no reply to emails ,POA submitted 15 days back but not updates ,no response from any official everyday is a tomorrow ,forms for dematting my old shares r not available since 15 days ,how does this company work

Poor trading platform, below average service, poor research calls. Edelweiss has outsourced its Web Platform development and servicing to a vendor and has no control over the development and troubleshooting timelines. There are bugs in basic UI that will hinder you from seeing your rightful investments. On raising tickets, for months together, the tickets are not resolved and only empty promises made to solve the bugs. Customer ends up paying and getting poor service in return.
