Worst Broker I had ever seen. For commodity the app got hanged and i knew i wanted to exit the trade with 18,000/- profit but for 3 days i could not exit the trade. Customer services is loaded with illiterate employees they dont solve your problem at all. They just tell you to mail them and again in mail you dont receive any satisfactory solution. After having 18,000/- profit and could not exit i end up exiting the trade after 3 days with 84,000/- loss as customer service and complaint to their said email was of no use. It is a big scam.... Everyday after 3.10 app starts getting hang and your not able to exit the trades.. No derserving executive is there to help you ever and talking about customer service calling time its not less than 25 mins every single time. I am a trader since 3 years and i had never faced such scam and loss before of broker ever.... Any other broker will do but not dhan...
Continuosly crash on 14th,15,16,17 of August...retailers lost crores of rupees.....don't use this app...peak load hours glitches are high....dot recommend this brocker at all....withdraw also problem with this brocker....
Delivery trade of 14Aug still not showing in holdings.Added fund not been updated after I many complaint. To connect with customer care is as difficult as to reach on moon.Overall my experience with Dhan is worst.Will shift all holdings to Angel one through CDSL.Suggest new traders/ investors not to open account with Dhan. It's a जुगाड app.Technology is only show not real.
Mobile app crashed.... Today at peak 3.05 pm & recover after market close... Profit going .... convert in loss when recovery occur

The Dhan app gave me so much issues and I had to move my investment to BenArmstrong-trades. c0m, the app kick me out all the time, I made profits and did my first withdrawal which was successful, I put 22k back in and trade for sometime, made very good profits, but when I tried withdrawal they keep asking for different documents which I provided, my withdraw order was never successful, after some while they locked me out and there was no refund, since I made enough profit on copy trading and the investment plans I bought on benarmstrong trades I had to let go of my losses on Dhan. Please they could do better.
Customer care call centre not taking call 15min waiting last 3 day not working 9 to 11 am

Ye dishonnest log hai maine apne account se 95100 k upar 6500 after tax kamaya but ye log 101600 k jagah sirf 96700 account me show kar raha email aur sms k koi jawab nhi de raha hai na paisa refund kiya aplog dont open account here they are fraud they steal your money it happened twice first time they refund this time they did not reported the matter to nse client id 1100604775
At the closing hour their trading App goes so slow that one has to wait for about 2 minutes to see a market order in option to be through. But coach line of their publicity is that they are lightning fast. That claim is absolutely false.

I would like to start this review with mis selling from dhan poeple. On this page https://dhan.co/connect-to-tradingview/ they say thy provide community script and pine script in tradingview. This is not entirely true. On there app and web tv.dhan.co they do not have any such thing called community script(0 access to prebuild strategy) and pine script is not there at all.
If we connect dhan from tradingview trading panel you can not open any options (CE/PE) data e.g. i would like to open chart of 18500 CE JUne 2023 expiry I can not open that chart. Basically I can not apply community script or pine script in any call/put option related chart.
So basically it is just as in a popular hindi saying "कहीं की ईंट कहीं का रोड़ा भानुमती ने कुनबा जोड़ा"
