I am using angel web version for trading and was happy with it in the beginning. But recently too much technical issues are happening and the support I received from the customer support is the worst I had in my life. Many mails are ignored or partially responded without reading my mails. Even after repeatedly mentioning the same matter , I could not see any difference. Totally fed-up with their customer support team's attitude.

I opened an account with Angel Broking at Baroda branch. None of the buy call worked that given to me by their office. Even they used margin in order to make more brokerage and interest on using margin. So far they have given loss to me of 15K. Have an account with them from last six month. Don't think they have expertise in business or keeping their customer happy. At the time of account opening they promised 15 - 20 % return quarterly. We all knows where NIFTY was six month back and where is NIFTY now. Guys, Please stop promising customer.

Website is very slow.. GTT order facility not available. App hangs a lot.. Market depth stops working very frequently.. High pledging and un-pledging charges.. Hidden charges seen only in ledger

They will suck your money, and there isn't any good broker in India to available option to trade equities with margin properly. But don't go with them they will square off your position without any reason and suck your money.

I have never found such worst service except from Angel One. My father passed away during Feb '21 and being as nominee I submitted all the relevant documents (as per the requirements by Angel One representative) to transfer the holdings to my account. It's now September, still I have not received any resolution, no one is bothered to reply my queries. Even, I wrote to CEOs Office which was also unattended without giving any proper solution. The funny part is, phone executives never complete conversations with you, they used to drop the calls before you get a solution.

This is pathetic and horrible service I have ever seen. They used to play with people's money, I am still searching for getting a solution of my case.

very worst service morning 1hr it was not working only who will pay our loss and this is not 1st time one month back also same problem while buying ipos CC will tell technical issues all the time but loss is for us.

I am new to Angel broking and noticed the customer service is extremely POOR.. They act like not hearing, can't speak English, Absolutely NO knowledge on what they are dealing with

I have angel broking demat account from 2019 still best broker which I have used. I used many brokers such, sharekhan/edelweiss/hdfcsecurities/icicidirect/kotaksecuritieszerodha nad many more such brokers but angel is best

we should filed a grievance against it. Company's only focus on their profit not customer service provider this is engaged only to charges and deduction anything from the customer and earn their profit so, we should filed a grivances against it.

I have raised concerns through calls, email to customer care and also gave review on google play. I get automatic responses but no resolution. The practices and charges levied are highly unethical. Strongly recommend not to go with angel broking. Their MTF is a big scan. Never make a mistake by opting for it.... My a/c number is R424349.
