I feel angel broking is manipulating MCX profits and instead of profit it is showing loss in lacs. No customer support and this has happened twice with me. Anybody else who has similar experience in mcx dealing in angel..

Angel broking Ltd broker - not reliable, they allow you to purchase the shares by giving debit to the customer
WITHOUT INFORMING US THEY ARE SQUARE OFF THE SHARES
THEY ARE PUTTING LOTS OF UNKNOWN CHARGES ON TO THE CUSTOMERS

INITIALLY THEY WILL SAY VERY LESS CHARGES

LATER THEY WERE LOOT THE CUSTOMERS

You guys are charging high amount of brokage as comapre to zerodha and upstoc . I have checked in equity calculator of zerodha and upstoc am getting less amount from angel amount. Customer service is really poor , not a single person is willing to give right information and they just keep call on hold n transfer to other person. I called so many times to understand what are the charges am still confused. Every people gives different statement. I have some shares on holding once it gets cleared I wll switch to zerodha or upstoc.

very very very poor broker very bad experience with it charged anything and anytime not provide full information and deduct and hidden charges cut any time extra charges taken by it and we are unaware of it. Zerodha is best than the angel broker. Please do not open an account with it.

The chrges are levied without any reason and shares in the account are sold by them without a valid reason. Unpredictable.

As per my experince they are the worst in the market when it comes to customer support

I am having angel one demat account.
I am getting delivery of security on T+3 in my demat account....
I have escalated this issue so many times but no use...
Angel blames cdsl for this delay...

Having very bad experience with Angel Broking with their margin calculation and customer service. The end of the day margin statement doesn't match with the what is showing up in the app or website before the market opens (difference is huge). Numerous emails and calls have not resolved the problem. To reach to customer care one has to wait in the queue for more than 20 minutes and then either call gets disconnected or the agent hangs up. There is no one interface to customer care and they expect customers to call different numbers for commodities, equity and future and these numbers are not listed in their website.

There is no way to escalate the issue. Pathetic customer support.

I do have the same experience and they have very irresponsible customer service team. I am totally fed up now and planning to close the account.

Very poor response time, very high Dp charges levied approx 23.60 rs, thats why they did not have brokerage charges bcoz DP charges is extra 3-5 rs per trade
