Angel Broking System has many Flaws - Firstly it is not a good Platform for Commodity Trading, There was an error in my Gold Guinea Trading. I was assured that the Team will come back to me with the reason of the Error - my Portfolio was Showing an MTM loss of 2Lac though there was a marginal Profit. The Staff acknowledged the Issue and the reason cited was Technical Error.
I didnt receive any intimation on why the issue occured.

2. The Staff is not equipped to give a logical reason on how the Calculations are done for MTM. None of them are conclusively aware.
3. The Customer Service is pathetic , no response is received on a timely basis

They are charging me DP charges of ₹50 plus tax on every sale from August 2019. They replied to me on my complaint to them that dp charges are ₹50 plus tax and i am put in Bsda scheme. No mention of what is the scheme and no notice of so much dp charges which are being levied from August 2019.

I thought charging highly on equities cash segment but in Futures and option also too much . When your trading you thinks that a good profit earned today but while ECN sent to you by them then you realise . Finally I would like to say that brokerage charges are terrible
