One of the worst IPO I have ever seen. I realized now, do not invest in IPO without any analysis. Very Bad experience, I am in 2200/- Rs. loss.

Ghatiya hain inki services.
They charge exorbitant money for anything and everything and their customer care executives are dumber than even a donkey, they don't know what all is going on(their dashboard is almost always out of order!)
They don't care about customer's problem, you make a call, they'll tell you to get you connected to some senior representative, but you won't be getting any call from them, but but but when you just fill the form to open the account, in almost 1 hour you'll get 3 calls.

They are also selling mobile numbers of their customers to unsolicited persons, who'll make calls to you to get some premium services related to stock markets.

Overall the worst experience I've ever had.

Only their app is somewhat a plus point.

having account with angel for last 3 years they are deducting huge DP charges as and no resolution from customer care.

This is a cheater company and his executive very unresponsive .they always hold share we cannot sale that.and always charge not we show

My client code is C-40408 , Every time when the market opens positive there will be always some technical issues funds will be blocked or you will not be able to place orders . The customer care is one of the world's horrible customer care. your life will ends calling their customer care itself.They will never resolve issues instead every time the calls will get disconnected. All are unskilled executives & not updated on Job roles. Only we can hear IVR voice . Once you open a account your life will become miserable. My humble request don't open any account with Angel Broking . Past 5 Months I am facing this problems . Never open account with Angel Broking. your life will get miserable.

Very very worst service by angel broking.I will not recommend your brokerage firm for anyone.Already iam having my account at zerodha.so in due course I will suggest Zerodha instead of you.As such I put a request for a new account opening for my mother via online on 3rd sep 2020.But still my mother account has not yet activated.And still you have not yet sent me the login I'd and password via mail and my mobile number.So instead of you I will switch towards zerodha.And anyway final good bye to you and your entity.

Not sure how much is paid get 4 start rating on Customer care, not able to reach cust care each time i tried in last 3 including 5-6 times in last two days. The only time customer care was good when I submitted online request to open account, i got call several times and then to make me invest. Also there is fraud in SIP investment I did, i don't have big money and so agreed 1k per month investment but as of 6k is being deducted, but I'm not able to find any assistance in resolving this.
(022) 40003600 - number found on google, since the desired option was not getting connected, i tried all the option to connect to a rep, but it gets disconnected after selecting any choice with few beeps.. I wish i could be really abusive here, but all are blood into business and creating customer = making someone fool... submitted online query also to get call back, still no response. Now, I'm desperate to get out... stuck with couple of stocks.. once that is marginally okay... will get out

Tried option by submitted request to open new account using another number, immediately i got sms and sure will get the call too.... THIS IS SHIT - crappiest cust care..

Worst, useless, hopeless, third class broking company. Useless, dormant and inaccessible customer care people.

Worst customer service. Don't bother to open a account here. I have been trying to reach them by phone since Friday. It almost never goes through. If a representative picks up a call then they just cut the call without even bothering to clarify your doubts. There is no email support nor watsup support.

Being an existing customer, I know how its trading terminal sucks. and customer service is at its poorest. no way to contact.

I have started trading with Angel Brokering since last 7-8 months.
i have very sad experience. i open account with one agent , then started treading.
after invested 50 k one day i lost all money.

i can understand i may lost because of my wrong call. but that day from me brokerage took was 18 k. when i discussed with agent, he said my mistake your profile was set to 200 rs per share instead of 20 rs charges as they did for all.

But thing is i lost around 20 k brokerage only because of agents fault.
Now they are saying i am sub broker , i was not aware ..

i surprise, how angel allow such stupid people to open anyone account if they dont have rights?
my question to angel service.fake service if i say then.
i need clarification from angel for this.

if he can open my account , then how he dont know what charges been set for me?
need clarification from angel. FAKE service i will say.

Angel Broking service very poor.
They have closed Vijayawada branch operations. I have an account with them but I am unable to contact them. I keep writing to them but they say wrong Email ID.
NSDL website says your Email ID is not registered with Angel Broking.
How do I register my email ID.

Worst platform..

My ledger balance is 807 and in email report also 807 balance
When I call them ask how much my balance they Told 807
But when i go to withdrew only 710 ..total balance 707 ..i waited for 4 weeks still 707 ..and in ledger balance 807 ...i don't know where money gone..
