Please don't use this app, fraud company I have transferred 2500 in 5paisa account and they are showing -7000 apx, without any trading, even i have raised tickets but they closed my tickets, i send email but they are not replying. Many times i called but they are not responding. From last 2 months i tried to followup but still no one interested. Tickets number : (3598596), (3577966), (3542726), (3514238).
Fake 5paisa fraud

they will activate some plans to individual basic traders/investors who are very small and after confirming on call to deactivate they keep on debiting 600 rupees every month when there is nothing in your account they are liers..... small investors who are already in loss why the hell they want so expensive plans if they dont have very miniscule amount of 20-30K to invest, than also these scamster force you take plans and post confirming they dont act and you dont see and they continue debiting .... also they debit on last day of the month itself for preceeding month... who gave them this authority.... is SEBI sleeping.... please never open account with these frauds and make sure to not get any plans of them or others and as soon as they try force sell immediately complain to SEBI dont stay back

THEY DONT ALLOW TO TRADE WITH YOUR ON MONEY.THEY PUT IMAGENERY AMOUNT AGAINST YOUR EAR BALACE.ORDERS GET REJECTED WITHOUT ANY JUSTIFICATION.CUSTOMER CARE INFORMS THAT THEY CANT SEE TODAYS FIGURE.BETTER TO FIND ANY OTHER BROKER.

5paisa broker is a bit dangerous. Dont loose your capital here. Let me explain my experience. I have 1000 Bharti Airtel Stocks in my portfolio which I brought 3 days before i sold. I sold it at 532 INR. After a week they consider these stocks as a short selling and debited money for under Action. Also they dump that 1000 stocks without any further information, since the price drop to 470 INR. Lost around 80k because of this idiots. I talked to backend team, who are well trained to keep their mistakes on our heads. Actually there is no short selling in equity delivery in this App. So be careful. Their answers are very careless. Stick with Zerodha, your capital will be safe.

It is True. There are a lot frauds in the 5paisa.com. Be careful. Run away from the company.

Worst app there is no option to contact customer call center a d what you provided app in that no option to call you if any problem its hassle to call you people very worst experience I want to close this app

Customer care have no understanding of what stock and IPO is, they don't follow SEBI guideline. Faced few issues:
1. No option to cancel/ view applied IPO. Once you have applied, you have no option to check or cancel it.
2. No option to apply for OFS.
3. If you load money to your account, chances are you have to wait 3-4 days before you can trade with it.
4. Customer care persons are the most illiterate ones. I and gradually migrating all my family account to other broker.

5 paisa is worst company. They will put unnecessary charges and will not allow you to close account also. you cannot buy or sell or view portfolio. Can do everything else. Check their CEO on twitter not a single positive feedback.

During the pandemic, COVID-19 IIFL charges me a total of 460Rs. for delivery of my trading notes when all India was in lockdown. I send so many emails with no reply and no refund till date. I am using my account with them for the last 10 years and all my transactions are online for the last 10 years. with email delivery..
Looks like they did a big scam and if they have charge this amount to half of their customers it's a big money. Can someone advise where I can complain about the same.

5paisa executed trade without any order being placed from my side.
Those are sell trades from shares in my portfolio (ICICI Bank and Marksans Pharma).
They sold ICICI Bank 780 shares and Marksans Pharma 300 shares without my knowledge on 08-Sept-2020.
Also, tilldate of writing they didn't shared any Contract Note i.e. they tactfully suppressed it.
I do not owe any money to 5paisa, so not able to understand how they sold my shares without my knowledge or order placement.
Due to this dubious activity of 5paisa, I lost amount around Rs. 10,000.
It is a horrible experience when a broker executes trades without account owner's knowledge.

Can share more details along with all proofs and screen snapshots if needed.
Please stay away from an unfaithful broker.

After calling the customer care of 5paisa, got the clarification that some quantities of my recently bought shares (ICICI Bank, Marksans Pharma) were sold (based on the purchase day's highest price) as is was option closure and they were unable to arrange those quantities to settle my order.
I am fine with their explanation, but at the end was expecting some form of communication from them to make myself aware of the proceedings initiated.

I will give 0 point to 5 paisa

First am in possitive about 5 paisa..one agent from paisa..mr. Guru..he opened to me account..one month back..in that time I asked activate equity& option segment but until now it's not activated..somany times I called but no response..call not lifting.. customer care also no response..its always busy or not working.Today in emergency I want withdraw money for that I sold all my shares But am going to withdraw money it is also not process.. payout shows 0 but I have 13000 RS in account..My account id 52105141..plz solve my problem to continue trading account

7 July Itc dividend ka record date tha, 2 saal hold rakha but aaj 9august avivi paisa account mein aaya nhi.bahut bar call kiya msg kiya, sirf o log balrahe ayega but our kitna din lagega.
