It is very strange that when IPOS can be out on next day then why Right issue take long period. Why SEBI give special treatment to right issues.

The issue was closed 12 July allotment was to be out on 19 July but it is regretted that the same is still awaited.This shows poor working of Registrar to the issue. SEBi is also sleeping
