NCD Registrar List

NCD Registrars are SEBI registered financial institutions helping companies in raising funds through non-convertible debentures (NCD) issues.

NCD registrar's main responsibility is to keep a record of the issue and ownership of NCDs. Registrars are also involved in the allotment of NCDs in the NCD Public Issue, process refunds, and transfer allocated NCDs to investors' demat accounts.

Investors can contact the Registrar to the Issue in case of any pre-Issue or post-Issue related problems such as non-receipt of letters of allotment, credit of allotted shares in the respective beneficiary accounts, refund orders, etc.
