I have applied 2 application for Electronics Mart IPO for 67 Lots in HII category but allotment is nil while issue was subscribed in this category 66 times. There is only Ghapla or only lottery system which means only few persons have alloted shares. How it possible that application for higher lot than subscribed ratio. What I should do.
