I am saying that total application will definitely go more than 24000 as retail investors at present is 2 lacs plus. So if 25% apply than also 50000 application. So single share formula will not work in this case as buyback is very small.

Double Edged Sword if you can't take the risk better to stay away. Only 24000 Shares are going to get accepted most probably will end Up A Lottery.. single share loop not going to work in this

If no of application more than 24000 than lottery. Example if HEG buyback few years back. My 1 shares in 9 different accounts went for lottery and luckily 4 got accepted and remaining 5 return back to their respective account

There is some issue in the buyback figures.
The issue size is 10.01 Crores share and the buy price is Rs 143 /share
So shouldn't the issue size be 1431 crores.. not just Rs. 0.07 crores

I too exited @173 today with profit of 14/- per share and chose to be on safer side. The way market behaved in last 30 minutes was frightening. Those holding for buyback tender will also get good reward i guess as price appreciation has been good and two days still remaining. Guess it can touch 178-180 till then giving enough exits.
