No you had to buy before 21 April to participate in buyback. You can sell the shares in open market during tender period if price appreciate.

Small shareholder entitlement is 2 shares out of 25 shares and for general shareholders its 2 per 179

Opening date of buyback is 25th may and closes on jun 7th.
settlement will happen on jun 16

Seems like days of buyback are gone. Approx two month wait, high holdings period, Lot of fluctuations in market and such outcomes. I think avoid all buybacks

ER is less than 1%.
2 lakhs + small investors as on March 31. By now it should be much more
Only 24000 shares reserved for small investors
AR is going to be very small percentage,
Better not to buy only for buyback.

Buy shares 2 days before the record date. You will get a mail from ur broker regarding buyback then Tender the shares thru link given in mail

This depends on your broker.Some broker are having facility. Icici direct gives this facility on pc and app but groww gives only on PC and so on .So contact to your broker .Some are taking call on phone also .all the best
