neither rights issue shares credited nor excess money refunded till now. Money blocked by the bank is also not released by the bank yet. All the process should be closed within 3 days. Issue was closed on 04.09.2024. Delay is beyond norms.

I noticed a significant gap between the Rights Entitlement (RE) and the Current Market Price (CMP), so I decided to buy RE. However, on the third last day of RE stock trading, I exited with a loss of approximately ₹15,000 because I believed the rights issue might be canceled. On the last date, the rights issue was completed, and I thought I had made a big mistake as my ₹6 lakh investment could have become ₹23 lakh in one month. But now, I realize I made the right decision at the right time, even though it cost me ₹15,000. I think this stock can go into single digits as it is fully operated.

I suggest everyone file a complaint against this operated activity

It depends upon how much is over subscribed. I entitled for 17 RE and applied for 100 shares against 17 RE. But got only 22 shares.
