Hi All ,
I am not able to apply for L&T Fin rights issue through HDFC Sec though I am able to see the entitlement . Any idea how to apply for this entitlement?

Hi....apply through hdfc netbanking. go to Ipo/Rights issue section where it is visible the issue details. apply it today itself bcoz today is last day and cut-off time is 4.00 pm

Hi I would like to know what is the difference between right issue entitlement and L&TFH RE trading at lower price. If i have entitlment then i will get it 65 rs but in market i can buy it for 26 rupees how does this work?

L&T Finance Rights Issue

The trading window for l&t finance is only between 1st Feb & 10th Feb 2021. After that you can only apply for the rights or let it go.

L&T Finance Rights Issue

I have one small doubt.

I am SBI-ASBA account holder and regularly applying in IPOs online on SBI portal, without filling any other form. Similarly, I have applied online through SBI-ASBA for L&T Finance Holdings - RIGHTS and money is blocked also.
Pls advise, whether I am also required to fill & submit the ASBA Application Form received from Registrar / Company or my application process is over and does not need filling of this form ??
